The movers showed up over three hours later than the suggested time. Also they damaged my kitchen table and scratched the whole top. The claim took over a month and a half to be processed. The reimbursed only 10 dollars and provided a gift card for Mover Incs. Complete waste of money and no response after I questioned the 10 dollars. Would not recommend at all.

Had three movers come, first they did not send the right size truck for the amount of stuff we had told the lady that we booked with we had 40+ boxes, book shelves, a twin bed, kitchen table, desk, cabinets and more. we agreed to just move as much as we could and just book another truck tomorrow. When they got the basement stuff one of them, I believe his name is Dylan, started mumbling under his breath about where the boxes were located and that he couldn’t use the dolly to go up the stairs and just very rudely…

Really unhappy. Quoted very high, then tried to go up another 40% for having to move 20 miles further. Typical from moving companies. They take your stuff and then ask for way more to give it back to you. I told them since they wanted to change the quote I had the right to refuse. Then they said they would drop the stuff off in my front yard. I'll keep you posted as this plays out.
You completely changed the scope of your needs which altered the cost. Largely because your delivery address was not determined when the estimate was completed. You never paid anything.

They did a great job moving my vintage pool table. The guys were fast and friendly protected my new wood flooring and stairs Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was they have an add on charge for everything insurance is extra floor protection is extra sorry but your a moving company you should protect people’s belongings as a courtesy not an up charge

Very friendly and helpful office staff and excellent movers! Their nice schedule manager called to confirm the details the day before a local move of my sister, in Oshkosh. After expertly dismantling large furniture and boxing up large decorative items, they quickly reassembled everything at the new place. The Movers, Inc. is a pleasure to do business with.

They did an excellent job . Very friendly but waaaaay over priced I couldn't believe the cost I'm glad I was sitting down when they handed me the invoice. Not sure if I would recommend because of pricing.
