if I could give this moving company a "0" star I would. This company has the worst service ever. Very unprofessional! After damaging my couch, the worker got the nerve to say "its cheap and pleather" Then later denied about damaging the couch and said it was already there; then claiming that he pointed it out to me before shoving it out the door. Which never happened! I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone! you're better off moving it yourself.
I hired MovingMan to move 60-100 totes from my garage up three flights of stairs. A total of 44 steps. The totes were stacked with books and I noted this to the lady taking my reservation. She stated unequivocally that her workers do this type of work everyday and can handle. When the two employees showed up I was set aback at the limited size of one of the workers as I knew this was going to be a strength and endurance job. I didn’t find out until later that Martin, the undersized fellow, was the owner.
Please do not trust this company to move your things. I have been trying for over a month to get a quote out of them and no one calls you back. They came out and assessed my items and every time I called they were supposed to be getting me a quote and confirming a date and I eventually had to go through someone else due to a plain old lack of response.

Prompt, efficient, very reasonable pricing; helpful estimate by owner was on-the-nose accurate to actual move time. Owner made extra effort to get us the storage van we needed rather than the larger, more expensive van we thought we needed. Outstanding customer service, friendly and fast but careful.
Terrific Service, excellent communication from first inquiry to finishing the job. Hired them for a cross town move for a piece of furniture purchased on Facebook marketplace. I had called four various moving companies and they were the most customer friendly, along with the BEST pricing by far! All other companies had a 2 hour minimum, The Moving Man only one hour! Made our purchase on marketplace an afford and wonderful experience.
This review is during The Great Covid-19 Real Estate Boom (I made that up but you probably know). It's been a crazy 2021 and everyone is selling/buying and scheduling movers is the LAST thing you want to have to worry about. Luckily, I called The Moving Man several weeks out to schedule my moving date, which luckily didn't change. At my business, we've used The Moving Man before and they were great so I figured we'd use them for our personal move.
I hired The Moving Man to move some items inside my home that were too heavy for me to do myself. I had called six different moving companies in Anchorage and The Moving Man had the best price BY FAR. They also didn’t require a two hour minimum which was great because I knew it would not take that long to move the two pieces of exercise equipment I wanted taken from upstairs to downstairs. Their schedule was flexible and they were available quickly.
