In their own words
I was always impressed with the level of service provided and professional yet friendly and helpful management and facility front office staff. The facilities are clean and run efficiently with ample carts, easy access and even a cargo van which was free to get moved in with. I’d highly recommend this location for business and personal use!
I've used several different storage facilities in the past, but I've never had such a truly first-class customer service experience as I did here at Stor-House. They have a free move-in truck policy, but, since I was arriving with a trailer full of stuff, Will suggested we just mark on the contract that I would instead get the free truck to move out, which they honored, and was a godsend. Will was extremely helpful, but everyone, from the manager, to the owner, was responsive and helpful when an issue came up.
FINALLY! I have had A LOT of experiences with 'other storage companies' ... and they all lacked in either expense, security, convenience, or customer service - all of which are crucial importance to me. Stor-House is very reasonably priced (perhaps even under-priced). All areas are monitored and have controlled access which helps me sleep at night, since I've had units in the past (other companies) that were broken into. Great office & gate hours, and close to I-405 on/off ramps.
We have been customers of Stor-House Bellevue for well over a year now, and have been so pleased with their service and facility that we have recommended them to many of our clients without hesitation. The “how can we help/can-do” attitude of their staff is incomparable. Thank you Tony and Will! The facility itself is always clean and well-lit with many safety features built into their security system.
