DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Communication around costs was not transparent, and I was later asked to pay an additional $290 in travel fees for the trip to and from Sudbury that had not been clearly disclosed upfront. Throughout the process, I found customer service to be poor and felt that concerns were dismissed rather than addressed.
Slandering my business after not paying i was charging 265 a hour with half hour travel but you think you dont need to pay that are tax and now Slandering my business I normally charge 290 a hour minimum 4 hours 1 hour travel 250 truck fee … More

Tyler and his partner moved me from Sault Ste Marie to Sudbury. They were polite, and had great communication. Tyler was always willing to answer my questions, and was fast at responding with a quote. He traveled nearly 4 hours to make my move possible. He was incredibly careful with our furniture, just when it came to pricing, and accommodating to our needs. We will not be moving again for the foreseeable future, but if I was, I’d definitely get Tyler and his team to help us. 10/10 recommend!
Great job Top Notch Movers. Tyler is an excellent communicator. Showed up on time and did an excellent job. He and Dan are hard working men and took good care of my belongings. Dan is extremely funny!!!

My mom was offered a room at St Joseph Villa on short notice, so I took a chance on Top Notch Moving and Shipping because my usual go to movers were booked up. And I just have to say - wow! The guys were courteous, careful, and efficient. They got the job done, and even gave us a discount! Thank you, Top Notch Moving and Shipping - you guys were fantastic! I can NOT recommend you enough! Five stars!

We hired Tyler and Jessi one week ago to move contents from our cottage. They were very hard working, polite individuals who worked non stop. They knew exactly how to load the truck so that every piece would fit without damage. They got the job done in a caring and professional manner. I would definitely recommend Top Notch Movers.
