Top Tier Movers

Intentionally misleading company. They are brokers, not the movers. The actual movers I got were Loadrans which have ~70 1-star reviews on yelp. They have held my belongings for a month, and many reviews mention broken items.

Just a terrible company. Don’t listen to their quote at all or what they offer. It’s just to get your deposit and scam you. I gave them a full detailed list of what I was moving. They gave me a quote. When they arrived I had less then I told them due to us deciding to sell some things (full kitchen table and dresser). I told them I should have about 30 small or medium boxes (which I was told they look at anything over 16X16 as large) and when they arrived I had 16…… yet my price went up by $1500!!!

I genuinely don’t know how they have any good reviews. They will lie to you about the delivery window just so they can hit their sales. They’ll tell you 4-5 days in the first phone call, when it’s actually a 5-15 day delivery time. They are a broker too, huge red flag. I suggest anyone looking to make a long distance move to go with any other company. There are a number of things that are terrible about this company.

Scam artist. Said we could cancel within 7 days of the move. We tried to cancel two months out and they refused to refund the $2000 deposit. If you value your money, stay far from this business

Because Top Tier is a BROKER and not the actual moving company, I ran into a litany of miscommunication, lack of communication, and ultimately I paid the price. I was quoted for a move from CA to FL at ~$3,700 for 600ish cubic footage, where you pay the deposit when you agree to use their brokerage services. For context, I live in 450 sf with a garage. This was approximately what U-Haul pods were quoting me at (~$3500).

I would not consider or recommend Top Tier Movers’ services to anyone after the ordeal I experienced with them. Their advertising promises a stress-free, end-to-end moving service, but my experience was far from that claim. Top Tier Movers misrepresented the legitimacy of the quote, the delivery timeline, and the parties responsible for performing the services.

This started out as such a great move...so nice on the phone, picked up on time, moved, without a glitch. Then when it came to payment it was a fiasco and I was made to be the bad guy. First, there was no contract. Just confirming via text. However, I paid them and they credited it back to me because they said the fees were too high. So then, they asked me to pay a different way and I said yes, but to give me the day. I received harassing phone calls every 2 hours and a nasty text at the end of the day.

Rude and Nasty Moving company. They give me a quote, I ask a question and Josh tries to force me to sign the same minute. I told him I will talk to my husband and call back. He takes off at me " I know you wont call, you middle eastern people are all liers. You never do, you say you will call but I know you wont". I was shocked. I am not even Middle eastern. I cannot believe how they operate.
