In their own words
The move provided by this company turned out to be a total nightmare. Once items arrived at our new home and unloading began one common theme presented itself, "here is another broken, married or damaged item". In addition to damaging items of furniture (some antiques), scratching and marking well kept furniture items we noticed several things missing.
Lawn damage This company damaged my lawn while exiting an adjacent property. They did minor damage on the way in but I overlooked it. On the way out the driver pulled up on to the grassy area which also is a drainage swale. The vehicle sunk deeply into and damaged the grass. When I approached and asked why he was on the grass, the driver answered “turning around.” My reply was you’re on the grass. The driver replied “get out of here bitch“.

Before using them ask why so many of the good reviews are by the owners or their family members. A truly good, honest company wouldn’t need to do that. Company is a fraud just like those reviews....be careful, very careful.

In their own words
I used Treasure Coast Moving and Storage for a move from Boynton Beach to Port St. Lucie. Most of my items went into storage and some went to a temporary rental. Richard’s estimate was clear and concise - more clear than most - and they were very competitive in price. After reading some of their reviews and after Richard answered all of my questions, I did retain them for the move. The crew arrived promptly and they were all wonderful and professional.
Richard was a fantastic moving coordinator. He answered all of my many questions and calmed my nerves. Moving in your 80s is a challenge but he made it so much easier. My tvs, mirror and pictures were packed carefully. The driver was very efficient and the loading crew from Treasure Coast worked very well together. My furniture arrived in North Carolina on the day I had hoped for. Everything was in good condition and Richard even helped me figure out that something I thought was missing was not missing at all.
The pick up, storage and re delivery went off without a hitch. Our furniture & belongs were packed with care, stored with care and unloaded, set in place with care. Richard in the office, the guys on the truck, we’re all friendly, polite and went out of their way to make our move go well. A big thank you to all!!!
Absolutely one of the best companies I have worked with in years. Their customer service is unbeatable and their attention to detail is superb. They did an amazing job and totally went "the extra mile" to complete an installation for my client. I recommend them 1000%. AWESOME COMPANY!!!!
