Horrible! Movers were very unprofessional. Movers broke the client's furniture, threw it in a dumpster then denied any knowledge. VERY unprofessional. Woman who answered the phone was laughing and giggling during the complaint conversation. VERY unprofessional. Movers also damaged additional property (Police report with pictures verifying moving company items on damaged car) again VERY unprofessional. And parent company in Russia so good luck trying to get any response.
Absolutely the worst moving experience I have had. I hired this company to ease one of the stressors of moving. I used this company in the past and wanted to use them again. However, the primary mover, Dennis, was very rude and had no respect for women. He was very short tempered and spoke with an agitated tone when speaking to me. At one point, he blatantly ignored my female friend that was on-site for the move when she attempted to explain something to him regarding the items being moved.
It took nearly 7 hours to move a one bedroom apartment 20 min across town. I am a minimalist and had everything boxed and organized, yet it took longer than a couple of amateurs would’ve taken. After taking 5 hours to load the truck, the movers went to the wrong location for my new address, and I was charged nearly $1K at the end of it all. None of the labels on my boxes were paid attention to.
Our very first interaction with Rachel started with asking for a discounted rate and finished with . . . not tipping her movers and then asking for a discounted rate. Go figure. Her long and contentious path on Google is littered with one and two star reviews - a good third or more.
Please warning ‼️ warning ⛔️ do not use this company (Treasury Moving Company, LLC) !!! On September 9, 2024 I used Treasury Moving Company, LLC - located at 12140 Parklawn Drive, Rockville MD 20852 to move from my belongings from my storage unit to my apartment complex. My movers were Dan, Moises, and Rony. I asked for a 26 foot truck and they brought a smaller truck which I believe with my belongings in the truck, that my 85” Flat-Screen Samsung TV was smashed by the improper packing of the staff.
The small claims court ruled in favor of Treasure Moving Company regarding the claim of a broken TV by our client. It was attributed to the following: The sealed factory box was delivered to the client without any damage; the foam insert was fully intact on the inside while the screen area directly…
I received email and text confirmations from this company for my moving date, and on the morning of the move no one came. When I called the office they told me I’d scheduled the move for the next day (completely contradicting all confirmations from them) and then proceeded to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault.
This morning on Twinbrook and Rockville pike a young man driving your truck decided to switch lane mid intersection almost running me into on coming traffic. After this he proceeded to slow down for me to catch up to yell at me for honking. This kind of behavior is not appropriate or appreciated. It reflects poorly on your business.

Treasure moving company horrible work top of that too expensive unprofessional. I don’t recommend this moving company to anyone .The owner Fedor kozlov I’m still waiting for the response of my missing Belongings from my property . You guys never contact me and ignoring my calls .

We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Treasure Moving Company. For starters, their communication was prompt and clear. We were very happy with their quote; we had first looked at PODS, which was more expensive even without hiring the extra moving help we would have required. Fedor prepared for the quote by doing a video walk-through with me, and was most patient when I made some changes to the moving order, requiring a second, smaller truck.
I used many movers in Baltimore (>4. I lost count). I used Treasure once and I was so impressed with their fair pricing, careful handling, speed, and professionalism at the time. They provided the best moving experience that I remember in this City. So, I moved again today and used their services to pack my pod. I had Marlon and Carlos who were spectacular. The woman reserving my move was available nearly daily to answer questions and was super attentive leading to the move. I was not disappointed.
