Our move from Henderson County to Carteret County on the coast was certainly not a good experience. Our move began with our Trinity Moving team being hours late and one day load turned into two, putting our plan behind schedule. After the load commenced it became aware that the two trucks loaded would not accommodate our year old washer / dryer set. We accepted that and they were left to convey with the house sale.

NOTHING shrink wrapped, bubble wrapped or padded! Items piled in garage and on screen porch and not brought into house. I DIDN’T request nightstands and upholstered couch to be left on screened porch! These “professionals” tried to move couch into house through porch and it didn’t fit. Said they’d return next day to move into house thru front door. 4:30 in afternoon and they had to leave to return rental truck. Accused me of wanting to “rearrange “items!

Make sure they properly secure your furniture. I am a furniture repairman and my customer had to file suit on Trinity movers because they severely damaged over a dozen pieces of his furniture and Kyle Barker of Trinity refused to file the claim to pay for the repairs. Highly unscrupulous!

This is only the 2nd review of any kind I have ever posted. The 1st one was extremely positive for a local Real Estate Agent that went well above the call of duty to assist us with a recent move to our new Home. This review however is to warn any prospective people that are seeking a moving company about this organization. Their name alone drew our interest as we felt they were a "Christian" based company. This being said, it was quite the opposite.

I hate to be a voice of dissent amid so many glowing reviews, but my experience with this company was not good. I was moving from North Carolina to Delaware to enter a Ph.D. program at a northeastern university, and as a single mother with three children, I started looking early, not just for the best price but also for a company that I felt would be trustworthy. In fact, I chose Trinity despite having better offers from other companies.

I moved from Illinois to NC. I had Trinity move me and they damaged every single piece of furniture I owned They gouged my king size bed, armoire, desk and several other pieces. I have a hole in my couch and the cover on the bottom is all ripped!! They put the mirror on my dresser and it was almost falling off. Blamed me for not having the screws!! They lost one on the braces for the rods that hold up the mattress!! They didn’t want to do anything. Wanted to give me a measly amount of money.

I have $6000 worth of stolen and broken items listed to report them to the DOT and the Utilities Commission. I have been called foul names in direct response to my complaints to the owners who are unwilling to take responsibility or rectify any portion of this situation. As an older single woman who was recently widowed and who needed to trust these men and their website I am warning others before they make the same mistake.
