I would never recommend this moving company to anyone! Extremely shady and untrustworthy. They packed and moved my apartment a few months ago and I haven’t had time to leave a review. It was my mom and I and they sent us to movers who didn’t listen to anything we said, were slow and broke a few of our items. Then they were argumentative, with poor attitudes and when my mom complained the owner he took their side. No apologies for us.
Oh Alex, we are so sorry for the poor experience. It doesn't sound like we got off on the right foot. Please give us a call to see if make this right.
It was terrible. All the guy did was complain. Totally ruined my refrigerator trying to get it in the door. First and last time I ever use a moving company. Tried to charge me double the quote I got. Beware don't use them

These guys say, they have a physical location in Long Beach, but they aren’t even here, I think they’re from out of town. In any case, poor service all around.

Twilight movers did a great job moving all of our furniture including a piano! They were friendly, respectful, and efficient. Would recommend! Edit: Our bed was disassembled for moving and parts of it were reassembled incorrectly, requiring me to get under the bed and spend around 45 minutes with my tools to fix the issue. Overall still a great choice, especially if you have a piano, but just ensure everything is reassembled correctly.

I want to start off my review by saying we have used Andrei and his mover for years, throughout several moves, multiple stories, long distances and back. They can quite literally do it ALL, and quickly! And the rates, You can’t beat them. Thank you Twilight Movers for another successful move. Quick, efficient and reliable. If and when it’s time for us to move we will be calling back for the fourth time!!!
