I recently used Two Men and a Truck for my move this past Saturday, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While some of the crew worked consistently, one mover (John, I believe) repeatedly disappeared for long periods, leaving the others to handle the workload. This lack of accountability slowed the entire process. When transitioning from the loading location to the drop-off, the second truck arrived over 45 minutes late, causing additional delays.

Truck #28 was being driven by 3 males and shut down MacLand Rd @ the intersection of Lake Rd to perform an illegal U-Turn and stalled out, so I honked at them and went around. I pull up to the next red light and they try to rear end me and start honking.... light is RED. Then because they see my windows down they tell me to get out in the street and "be about that shit". Very, very, very unprofessional. They lost a customer they never even had over that.

Broke all my TV's during moving. Didn't even give us the full amount owed for the cost to replace them. They also keep ignoring our calls about this. Scammers.

I would give zero stars, if allowed. We have used them 3 times previous and were so pleased. So when my disabled parents needed to move they were the first movers we thought of. Big mistake. We hired them to pack and move my parents. The packers showed up on July 29th, worked 3.5 hours but didn't finish, said they were done and ask us to pay. We paid $952 which included our $300 deposit. We realized after they left that they had missed the entire master closet and several other things.

PLEASE DON'T USE THEM. They give you a quote but have no intention of taking their time with your property. They will rush through not giving any thought as to the damage they will do. I then filed a claim and Ryan told me that he was working a heavy workload on damage claims. This is something you probably don't want to mention as this indicates your business is sloppy and your team break a lot of things. They are slow to respond.

I am beyond disappointed in this company. Hired them 2 years ago and things went very smoothly. Cost roughly $1200.00 with 2 guys. Had the same exact stuff moved with them and they sent 3 guys. They took twice as long and cost over $2000.00. They damaged my stairs in my old house from top to bottom, they damaged my walls, ceiling, and my leather couch from just dragging the sections on the floor. Called and filed a "claim" with them and I've been getting the run around ever since.

All I can say is I used Bellhop moving to move out of my old house and they were amazing. I used Two men and a Truck to move my stuff out of a storage unit and it was a nightmare! So just a heads up I love to support small businesses which is why I used this company. They are Hustling and not in a good way 🤔🙄 And asking for a tip 3 times before they moved one thing, then during and after. Like come on I paid extra for the move and tipped $100 each! Bellhop all day!!

Movers were kind, prompt, and reliable. They had my items moved out and in in a matter of a few ours. No haggling over expecting a tip and no dragging their feet to tack on hours for their hourly rate. Just arrived on time, at the earlier end of the estimated arival window, and did solid hard work.
