Very unprofessional and late arriving. Damaged property and my things. After talking to the manager he hung up on me and would not answer when I returned phone calls. He also stated he would send a packet to my address for damage claim but never did receive anything. This company will overcharge you and their workers are not professional. Taking breaks every trip to the truck. I’ve had better service with 2 men and a truck. These people will scam you on time.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Only leaving one star beacuse zero is not an option. Initally chose USA Family moving due to high google rating and the amount of positive reviews. When calling and booking my move the lady who assisted me was kind of very helpful. Down hill from there. Recevied the call 2 days prior to my move from Marlon the operations manager to confirm the details, and time frame for the move. All good, no issues.
Ryan, we sincerely apologize for the experience you described. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand your frustration. While our team strives to deliver on every commitment, we clearly fell short in this case.
I wish I could leave zero stars for this moving company. They didn’t listen to my needs, showed up late without notification (I had to call them several times for updates), with one less mover than agreed upon and proceeded to try to overcharge me for moving costs and supplies, after speaking with their customer service rep about my budget. When the movers called to try to resolve the issue, I got to listen as the supervisor in charge, Wendell, spoke VERY poorly about me via speaker phone to his employee.
Amy, we understand your displeasure with our delayed arrival but please understand, that our delay was out of our control and that every effort was made to have the earliest crew dispatched to you.
So this company is a complete rip off. They charged $189 hour and bring two men (it was three but one was sick and one older gentleman that moved slow). They come inside and the clock starts immediately, yet he walks through the house for 30 minutes to tell me how much wrapping will cost And I said if I'm on the clock the other two men need to start packing and he said no that's not the way it works. I'm on the clock while he calls the office to estimate the price for wrapping supplies before they start.
We had a move with this company. They show up on time and I thought all was well. However I discovered they broke a $2000 dollar television- which had been moved before with no problems. and their insurance is - pure garbage - I just got the quote today and it was terrible. They want to pay $60 dollars for the damage I am including a picture to show you how a corner of the television was hit - which came from improper packing and positioning - how do I know this - because it was moved before with no issues now it…
After back and forth and no follow-up from the absolutely horrible moving experience, they closed our case after repeatedly saying we will make it right. Overall, buyer beware. Our move experience was one of the most stressful experiences of our life. They had to repair our previous house after their "highly qualified non contracted staff" destroyed floors, door frames, and put actual furniture through a wall. I was assured repeatedly by the owners we would be reimbursed for all damages.

I would give negative stars if I could. Unprofessional and damaged most of my furniture, as well as the walls in both the old house and new home, and the stairs. This was a Bait and switch. When I called, the lovely young lady stressed this was a family owned business, years of experience and great Google Reviews. What showed up was a bunch of thugs off the street who tried to charge me more than the quoted price in my email.
Helen, we are very sorry to hear you were unhappy with your moving experience, and we took your concerns seriously from the moment you contacted us. To clarify for anyone reading: you reported damages on June 10th, sent photos on June 12th, and professional repairs were completed on June 15th.
I used this company twice and both times I have used them they have provided poor customer service and below par service. If I could rate them at a zero, I would. The first time I use them, they stretched out my move. A six hour move, turned into a 12 hour move, and I was overcharged. They sent out three people to my home, and one of the movers was up in age and two of the movers were new hires who were getting trained the day of my move, which made the move a long drawn out process.
We understand that as a customer, you have every right to expect a smooth and hassle-free moving experience, and we are disappointed to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We take our customers' satisfaction very seriously and we are constantly striving to improve our services.

From the moment they arrived until the very last item was placed, this team was the definition of professionalism. My husband and I hired the company to move our belongings to a new home. The crew consisted of Marlon, Antonio, Labrandon, Spikes, TJ, and Greg. They were outstanding. The guys arrived on time and got straight to it. They treated our property with respect, wrapping some items and even offering to box up some larger items we hadn’t been able to. They were very professional but they also chatted and laughed a lot to make the job better. I was very impressed with their positive attitudes.
