Wish I could give them a 0. Charged me so much more than I was quoted. The movers came unprepared. One of them left their headphones at the previous house and made it seem like it was my responsibility to go get them for him. I was quoted for 2 movers. They sent 3 and they all just mainly stood around the whole time. When they “put my furniture back together” I had to tell them how to do it. They lost washers for my bed frame so now it’s a little squeaky.
We deeply understand that your expectations should not only be met but exceeded. Unfortunately, we acknowledge that we have not fulfilled our goal of going above and beyond for you. We sincerely apologize for falling short of providing the exceptional service you deserved.
Terrible experience, do not use this company. Before booking, I strongly recommend reading the complaints on the Better Business Bureau website (a step I regret skipping). I moved on December 28, 2025, and hired a two-man crew. At first, everything seemed fine, but we quickly noticed that most of our belongings were left sitting outside for long periods instead of being loaded into the POD.
Do not use this company. They will charge you an arm and a leg only to destroy your property. They wasted time unpacking and repackaging things they spent most of the time looking for a tablet charged my $2000 on to cause $1200 in damages. This was a local move so there’s no reason why anything was destroyed. I submitted a claim and they’re only offering $198 which doesn’t even replace my bed. I will never use this company again or recommend them… you’ve been warned
I thought the job I hired them for was simple… repack a POD for better organization. What I found was a nightmare! Entire POD has fell in because items fell in on each other and caused tremendous damage to my personal belongings. Sorely disappointed in All My Sons! And they charged a lot to do this. I deserve a refund!!!

Omar and his crew were excellent moving us today. They were courteous and incredibly efficient. They packed up a 2k square ft house, garage and patio, then went to a 10x10 packed storage unit and loaded that, then moved everything into a 2 story house, built all the furniture and cleaned up their materials…all in 8 hours. Every member of Omar’s crew was great. I’ve moved many times and this was the best and easiest move I’ve done. I highly recommend you use All My sons for your next move.
