Very poor moving experience from Atlanta to Nashville. The crew damaged my furniture by not wrapping it properly resulting in a soiled couch and bed and broken/ gouged furniture. In addition, they were not able to assemble the master king bed and ruining the parts in the process. I had to call Havertys out to assemble it and they were unable to do so after the Moving company damaging the parts. This resulted in my wife and I sleeping on the mattress directly on floor for two weeks until we could buy another bed.

Scam service, do not use! Most stressful move in my life. I hired the service to move my two bedroom apartment from Midtown to Brookhaven. The movers left without telling us before they moved everything. The movers GPS suddenly is dead during move, (who use a GPS anyway, what happens to smart phone in 2021). We have to go back after we arrive and take an hour detour to find them in a bar having lunch and bring them to our new place. They were trying to leave again before assemble the bed in place.
It would be nice if some of these details were more accurate. None the less, we regret we were unable to meet your expectations.
They damaged my furniture in May. The movers legitimately took all day and then left my furniture in an elevator because they had another job. They didn’t even bring the correct materials or truck for the move despite the inventory. Then the office lied and said that if I paid my invoice, they would either repair or compensate for damages, yet it’s September and neither has happened. I’ve emailed and get no response. I call and they don’t call back.

DO NOT use this moving company. This was the worst experience imaginable. A 2 br move costed over $2,000 (double their quote) and broke $1000s of furniture that can’t be replaced. There was even missing furniture. Two Men and a Truck will leave you feeling robbed and unsatisfied. They don’t care about you or you stuff and won’t be that helpful in resolving and getting answers so please do yourself a huge favor and continue looking for other moving companies.

They took 3x the quoted time, they didn't actually pack my entire apartment so I had to pay a second service to finish. They broke my living room table and didn't put my bed back together correctly. I've never paid more for a move before, and I've moved 4 times in Atlanta over the last 10 years, and I've also never had worse service. I highly recommend looking for a different moving company.

UPDATE: A representative from the company reached out to me to discuss my experience. I appreciated the follow up after several months. We were able to discuss options to accommodate the challenges with my move. Thank you! On Saturday, July 23rd, Two Men and a Truck were scheduled to assist with my move starting between 9am - 10am. After receiving a call from the company, I was told movers would show up in the afternoon instead, which was fine.

I wouldn't recommend Two Men and a Truck. Very unprofessional and over priced for their lack of service. The movers complained the entire time and I was told I had too many things. They did not move all of my stuff. I was told to have a friend help me get the rest of my things which I ended up doing. I called to launch a complaint was told someone would contact me, no one has contacted me. Do not use this company. I have used 404 Movers they are great.

Broke a window, assured me it would be taken care of and of course they promise and then send you off to the "national claims dept." who decline any responsibility without even asking for receipts or talking with the client. Not even an apology, no call from the local GM or any Manager, they let their line team members take the heat. Must be a fun work environment. Not even sure if the Claims person, Samantha Olson, is actually real or just an email, blunt and rude.

Exceptional Moving Experience — Carter & Sebastian Were Amazing This was easily one of the most complicated moves I’ve ever had to coordinate, and Two Men and a Truck handled it exceptionally well. What started as a move I booked entirely online quickly evolved. On the morning of the move, I needed to add significantly more items than originally planned and an additional location. Instead of making an already stressful situation more difficult, the company was incredibly flexible and accommodated the changes.
I can’t say enough great things about this moving team! Lavar and Jonathan were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to make my move as smooth and stress-free as possible. These guys are true beasts when it comes to moving—they worked hard, handled all of my belongings with great care, and never slowed down. Their positive attitudes and willingness to accommodate every request made the entire experience exceptional.
