It has been 3 months since they helped me move very minimum furniture and still I have no update about the TV stand that was broken. They sent some people out her a couple weeks ago to see if they could “fix it”. Their solution was glueing it back together, I could have done that but it will never look the same. So here we are over 3 months later and not a word from them.

Over charge by 138 dollar got quote 180 240 no it was battle Creek location and my husband called u said it was correct amount but i know i wouldnt have agreed to 378 for 3 items to move. moved less than a mile from the old house
Hi, Jessica. We attempted to look you up in our system, but we are unable to find a customer profile with your name. Each TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is individually owned & operated, so there may be a chance you used a different location.
I strongly advise not to use this company. They are extremely lazy and will make it last longer so they get paid more, a 2 bedroom apartment with very minimal furniture and the smallest storage unit that Uhaul has cost me over $600. Plus they will break your furniture then ask if you want to make a claim, I had many items that were cracked. Also, they will take stuff apart but not keep it together or even put it back together. I was in the military for 20 years and have seen many transportation companies.

They dont want to move you they want to spend a few hours through out the day telling you why they refuse to move this or move that. When questioned on why they refuse to move TVs or survival rations in the sealed packaging from the store and multiple other ordinary items they call their supervisor and say they wont move anything else until you leave. They fleeced my mother dont let them do it to you or your loved ones. Now several more trips are required to complete her move. Horrible service.

Took extremely too long, I had less things from the previous move as I left a lot of large items behind., but somehow it was 2 hours more this time, and they damaged some my furniture. I reported the damage and submitted photos and there was absolutely no follow up whatsoever. It's been almost 1 month now. I will try really hard to find someone else for my next move. So disappointed with my second time using their service.

We received excellent services for our move. Got our stuff delivered on time. Hassien and Damarcus were very nice and professional. They kindly asked where we would want the furniture in the rooms. They even helped move the previous mattress and bed frame to put our new bed in. Highly recommended!

Tywan and Taj These gentleman were so professional. Their ability to move this woodburner was so amazing. Just to watch the brutal strength to maneuver this extremely heavy woodburner up our basement stairs and out to our garage was fascinating to watch.
