Dustin the manager does not know how to speak to people or take accountability for his employees. My experience was extremely frustrating. The work that was supposed to be done was not completed as promised, and I was left dealing with the damage caused by their negligence. No one took responsibility or tried to make it right. I would not recommend this business to anyone. They sat on their phones during the move, didn’t throw away the trash or finish moving items. Made my l epileptic daughter HELP move items.

I used two men and a truck for my move on August 16th. I won't nitpick but I will say there were some things that could have went better. Before the move, I told the person that was helping to set it up that we wouldn't need mattress covers, because we would be more than likely supplying our own. Well after the move was done, I didn't get to see an itemized receipt before I paid. The itemized receipt came through after payment and the mattress covers were charged as well as carpet protection.

Agreed to delete my original review, but I should’ve kept it up until the situation was resolved. I do not recommend DRAKE or his team. Two months later, I’m still missing parts that I was promised that somehow got “lost” during my move. …

The service was beyond disappointing. After speaking to the 800 number we made it very clear what we needed. The truck should have been a semi. Sadly, the truck was not big enough. We had a time frame to be out of the house for the new owners. They did not wrap all items in plastic and a sleep number bed frame was ruined by the outdoor patio table leaking water. This rusty water was then dripped all over our new house carpet and other items. The move took over 12 hours to travel 17 miles.

I used this location 11 years ago when I purchased my home, and other than 1 glass door on a china cabinet breaking, everything went well. I am moving again in 3 weeks and contacted them and asked for them to email a quote, which he was very polite and said he would right away. 24 hours later I still hadn't received the quote. So I called back yesterday and spoke to someone else who had seen my quote and he said he would email it right over. 24 hours again and still no quote. Do they want my business?

My daughter was given a quote of $3000 to move her small home furniture to a small town in MI. While movers, who were excellent by the way, were loading up the truck, the manager calls and informs them that he was very sorry but misquoted them and they owe another $900. What kind of business does that?!?

We have used Two Men and a Truck for three moves now. They have always been punctual, super friendly, very transparent, hard workers, and very careful with our household items. On our last move, we had four movers, and every one of them shook hands and introduced themselves to both myself and my husband. They were protecting our home and wrapping our furniture before I finished signing the paperwork. We continue to be impressed and would highly recommend.

Two Men and a Truck did a fabulous job for me. They took extra care to wrap my doorways so neither the furniture, nor the door frames were damaged. They also took extra care to keep my floors clean which is especially difficult when going in and out in the snowy conditions of winter. Austin and Lonnie worked well together and were both friendly, polite and professional. The day after the move Greg called me to check on the results, and make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They sent six very hard-working men and two large trucks. They were able to clear out my 5000 square-foot home in one trip. It was a very hot day and these guys work like a well oil machine for 12 hrs. I was very impressed and they made my move so much easier than I thought it was going to be. Not only were they hard workers but they also all had great personalities and were always pleasant with any request. They handled my items with care and consideration.
