I gave this moving company two chances, and they failed both times. During my first move, they damaged my brand-new leather couch. When I reported the damage, they were unaccommodating and tried to deny responsibility. For my second move, I made a reservation and paid a $260 deposit. Due to a family emergency on Labor Day weekend, I needed to reschedule. They refused to refund my deposit, claiming I didn't provide a 3-day notice, even though they were closed all weekend and unreachable.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Jeff. We always strive to provide a 5-star service but it looks like we fell short with your experience and we apologize for this. It looks like your crew departed within the departure window of 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM by leaving our office at 8:42 AM that morning.
The reviews I seen are nothing that we experienced. We basically had one man and a truck! My husband and I also helped because they were moving slower than sloths!! We paid over 1200 to move 17 miles from a one bedroom apartment. We didn’t even have them move everything because they were so slow. The youngest of the 2 kept complaining about how tired and sore he was and asking the other guy to please help him all the time because he was feeling lazy.

Absolutely terrible and would not recommend (Clarkson location). Move quoted at 4 hrs and took 7+. King size bed, dresser, kitchen table/chairs, washer/dryer, outdoor patio furniture and small misc... 7+ hr! With :30 min drive time. Driver asked upon arrival "Is 4 hrs all you can afford?" What?! We wound up paying 50% MORE! Obviously guys being paid by the hr, so where is the incentive to get the job done quickly? Very disorganized, inefficient! Find another reputable mover!

The guys who were moving were wonderful, however, outside of that my experience has not been great. After an initial quote, my end bill ended up being almost double without any previous confirmation of increase in prices. There was also some damage when moving in so a claim was filed and I was told someone would be reaching out to me to repair. It has been 3 1/2 months, and 2 follow ups, and I still have not heard from a repair company.

Fantastic experience! We called them because we had an issue with a previous moving company and were on a tight timeline for an interstate move. They were calm, had a great plan, and were able to squeeze us in on a tight timeline. Everything was transparent and Kathy and Andrew answered all my questions very clearly. This is a professional company for sure. Zach, Kaiden, and Chad were our movers. They showed up and packed us for 2 hours, then loaded 1.5 trucks with the contents of our house.

A big thank you to the moving crew, Brandon, Anthony, Rodney and Lawrence, who did an amazing job with our recent move. We would definately hire them again! Edited : It should be noted that prior to this very successful move, the first crew arrived at our house and were not prepared for the move. I refused the movem, but unfortunately, they would not refund the deposit for the failed first move, so even though this was their fault, I had to pay for it.
