We used Two Men and a Truck ( Farmington Hills location) for a recent last minute move and will not use them again. After doing the online inventory and several phone discussions, they insisted on sending a crew of 8 men and three trucks for a job that just three years earlier from the same company, had taken four men and one large truck. Our belongings were ready, well-packed and labeled, yet the move was a chaotic mess.

We recently move to our “new” home & hired you as our movers. Jason, Michael, Brandon and Jailan was good and have followed all our instructions to what to do during the move (Brandon did awesome in wrapping our bedroom set, loved it! And Jason was great in supervising and arranging the stuff properly in the truck) They were good! Unfortunately, even if my husband and I tried to put protections on doors, floors & walls… there are still big dents and scratches on the walls !!!

This is really for the Livonia location. I called the number for Farmington Hills location that I found on Google and was lead to believe that it was that location. Something seems fishy in the 2 Men and a Truck world. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you can use a different location. I have used 2 Men and a Truck 6 times. 3 with the Brownstown location and once with Columbus Ohio. So I know what they do and how they do it. I also know how they train their people.

Movers accidentally broke light fixture back ok 5/25/2023 and have still not given ANY assistance on closing our the report and paying ourrent complex the cost to repair. On the move day back in 2023, we Immediately filed the damage report with the manager on site that helped team move and they have been basically nonexistent when it came time to pay our apartment complex to replace light.

This is the first bad review I’ve done online. I’m an affable fellow but the bad experience was too much. I requested a junk removal quote for four items in my one bedroom apartment. Quotes are not given over the phone. Upon arrival the quote was 175 per item. 700 dollars for 4 items. 700 dollars for what would be twenty minutes of work. For context a relative was charged 175 for an hour of junk removal service at another Two Men and a Truck location.

I’m so unhappy with this company… they moved me in February and damaged my mirror and still I don’t have it back yet. Called 3 times and get no where lol how awesome. Never using this company ever again pretty sad how I’ve begged for my stuff to be fixed and to get it back and nothing happens. I have no words.

Two young adults moved me literally 4 miles apart, and we took the drawers out of my dresser to make it lighter, real wood. One of the kids dropped my drawers cracked it now it doesn’t go in properly. Thanks a lot.

I was told 3 movers were coming, only two showed up. We get to my destination, they are pulling things off of the truck that do not even belong to me. In the end I notice I don’t even have my headboard.

I would never use another service, Two men and a Truck was amazing. We moved from VA to MI and both teams were professional, prompt, and communicative. We were originally going to get a POD and do all the packing ourselves, but then I learned Two men has a shipping option and they packed up all our big furniture and boxes. It was so fast and efficient, worth every penny.

The crew that came to help me move from my 2nd story apartment (without an elevator) into my new home was amazing! They were friendly, polite, and professional. They were careful with my stuff and mindful of how to best pack the truck. They were helpful in guiding me to disassemble bunk beds and very patient with me. Overall it was a great experience and helped me to move on to the next chapter in my story!

We have worked with 2 Men and a Truck twice in recent weeks, and both experiences have been superior. The teams work really well together and help each other without being asked by the team leader to do so. They simply work together as a well-oiled team. They're very quick, so stay out of their way. Have your boxes labeled, so they don't have to constantly ask you where to put something and let them go to work. They're very, very competent and professional yet friendly.

We want to thank Two Men and a Truck for really showing up for one of our Love INC clients who was hospitalized, and had emergency surgery the week before he had to move, and he couldn't even pack let alone move. This was a last-minute charity pack/move request. He was so stressed and worried about this move since he just had this emergency surgery and had to be out of his place so soon, not being able to do it himself and little to no help.
