Two Men has surpassed all expectations for the worst move experience of my life. They caused confusion and mayhem with - at the same time, an ambiguous and flexible time estimate for a partial house move of large and or heavy objects, and an undisclosed, unconfirmed, itemized list of large and heavy objects to be moved setting a short time frame expectation for the movers. Two Men were negligent in sending incapable people unable to perform the move we hired them for, and who required constant supervision.
I’ve used Two Men And A Truck in my previous moves and had excellent service and Care . They were two professionals. This time, however was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. I was very specific about not damaging my Marble table and Instead of putting it on a dolly and push pushing it out safe safely, they decided to Carry it out. There was one guy on each end in one of the guys was scrawny.

I used Two Men and a Truck to move in December. Short version: DO NOT USE. They were late due to mechanical issues, a van showed up to start assisting with the move. The van died, another van showed up to jump it. Truck finally arrived then got in accident at building. They forgot a lamp, then found it broken. Offered $6 for lamp and waived travel fee while only charging for two hours for move. Will never use again. Banned from my building due to damages they caused on property.

I have had the worst experience with this company. During the move they damaged a wall, front door, and front door step. We moved in May and I am still trying to get this resolved. I was told by the movers someone would contact me in 48 hours with a quote. I did not receive a quote until June 13th, and that was after calling their corporate number and then multiple contacts to the local person, and I still have not received compensation for the damages to my old residence.
To say I'm disappointed with my moving experience would be an understatement. From start to finish I wished I had picked a different company. The men weren't prepared with tools to take furniture apart and had to borrow mine that I luckily had. They had poor attitudes each time I told them something was being moved upstairs. They broke a desk chair and didn't say anything. They damaged paint on my stair railing and didn't say anything.

They first showed up at our place and stood around for about 45 minutes before they even got started. They were very friendly but not impressed with the moving service overall they charged us $800 for about five items and they chipped my tub.

Jerome and Darshon were amazing! Super quick, very professional and punctual. They moved everything quickly and quietly. They also were very helpful with moving things around for me and double checked where things should be placed. Had some issues with my apartment concierge and the elevator but they stayed calm and patient. They gave assurance and clarity every step of the way. I had an amazing experience with Two Men and a Truck! Aaron and Josh were my movers, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, kind, and incredibly hardworking throughout the entire move. They worked efficiently, moved quickly, and took great care in wrapping and protecting all of my belongings to ensure everything arrived safely. This is the second time I've used Two Men and a Truck, and once again they did an amazing job. The crew was punctual, professional, and took great care of my belongings throughout the move. They worked hard, stayed organized, and made the process as smooth as possible—even though the destination was anything but easy, requiring them to carry heavy items up stairs into an apartment without working A/C on a hot summer day. Everything arrived safely, and they've definitely earned another 5-star review from me.

The two gentlemen did a great job packing my household goods. Very courteous and friendly. Super helpful by answering all my questions and the checked with me frequently when they had questions about how/what to pack for my valuables. I versed 2 Men & a Truck before and I’ve been satisfied with their packing service. NOTE: this review is only for the packing service. I also have move service scheduled for the next day.
