If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT be fooled by the positive reviews and the responses by the “owner”. We paid 2K to be moved less than 5 miles, one of the workers put their hands through our TV and they were great in saying that they would replace the TV, OR bring us a repaired TV. Fast forward 2 MONTHS LATER, nothing. Had more than 7 calls into the team in Bay City Nikki, clearly has no power and Rob, very unprofessional and disrespectful. They will not call us back, and will not handle this.
I was quoted $450 for 3hrs...I paid a $160 deposit... The job was done just under the 3 hours...so I expected to pay about $300....I was charged $460 on top of the $160 deposit So I ended up paying $620...an I had to pay their $25 gas(to drive 2miles) cost an $40 for something called.... VALUATION? ...which I wasent told ide be responsible for when I received my quote....the teenage boys they sent were strong an energetic nothing was damaged...but if it wasn't for my friend helping they wouldn't have been able to…
Hi Christian, we have left you a voicemail and an email to contact us regarding your move and we haven't heard back from you. I have listened to your recorded calls with our office and can see the time stamp where you received your premove letter on 2/10/22 at 10:02am.
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I asked for three items to be moved and was assured that nothing would be rolled across my new wood floors. They showed up without the proper moving material to move my piano even though weeks prior I said it would be a couch, refrigerator and a piano. When they did move the piano they asked my wife to place the dolly under the piano because they couldn't do it with just the two of them.
Had a great experience up until our move day. All the prep and pre planning 2MT were very helpful. Moving day was hell. We pre packed about 90% of our things because I didn't trust someone else to do it to my standards. Best thing I did that day. Have 20 y/o something's hauling your home around is nerve racking but the carelessness I was not prepared for. We asked for extra protection for the home and let me tell you both new and old home we very damaged.

Horrible customer service. Went in to buy boxes recently and the pregnant lady at the front desk (Courtney maybe is her name) was on her phone and acted like me coming in was a huge inconvenience (I could tell by the eye roll), so I decided not to buy boxes there. Just rude. Also why is the lighting so poor in the lobby, it looked like they weren’t even open…

I asked them for a quote to pick up a child labor coal cart in Mason, Michigan and bring it to Bay City. One antique cart. The quote was over $1,000.00. "Geez" says I, "that's a bit dear, I'm only an artist. Are you kidding?" 6 months later it is still sitting there all lonely in a barn, like. Come on!
Rosemary, we appreciate all customer feedback and do see we did a move for you in October that you replied to our internal survey will all 5 stars (thank you for that). In regard to the estimate in this review, it is a 200 mile round trip for us.

We needed to schedule a move in a hurry (just over a week) and Two Men and a Truck were able to accommodate our schedule at a reasonable price (lower than another bid we obtained). The move went very smoothly, and the movers (Jordan and Zak) were very professional, efficient, responsive, friendly and made sure everything was moved where we wanted and with no damage. Would not hesitate to use Two Men and a Truck again and I'd try to get Jordan and Zak again!

Spectacular service! From the beginning the service has been outstanding. Beth in the office was very professional and quick to reply to messages. They called to check in on the move and follow up after to ensure all went well. My estimate came back the same day and they provided a detailed explanation of how the charges are assessed. They have “standard” weights they use for different types of furniture which help populate the estimate.

Look no further when needing local moving assistance in the Saginaw/Bay City greater area! Two Men and a Truck handled our physical move between two Saginaw addresses on March 1st and also a longer distance move from Cass City to Saginaw last June. In both instances the moves were handled with the utmost in professionalism and expertise every step of the way. The office staff was not only very knowledgeable, but also very responsive and kind. Something you unfortunately just do not see much of any more.
