If you want a bunch of kids who break your stuff and steal from you this is the moving company for you. They broke my bed, treadmill, and refrigerator. When I asked buck to fix my refrigerator, because I witness him detach the door and mess up the wiring. He took almost three weeks because the part needed was on "back order" only to come back and say, "we can cut you a check for x amount but the fridge would technically be ours, but we would let you keep".

I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. The movers they sent out worked extremely slowly, often just standing around while one person did the work. It took them over an hour and a half just to wrap a small couch and a queen bed, which was half of the total time originally quoted for the entire move. After loading the truck, they wasted another 15 minutes sitting in the driveway before leaving — and since they bill in 15-minute increments, I was charged extra for that wasted time.
Malachi, this is definitely unacceptable, no disagreement there. We always aim to provide 5 star service and that is definitely not what you received. You can rest assured that we have spoken with the team that completed your move and taken the appropriate actions to ensure this level of service…
I hired 2 Men & a Truck bc they seemed very organized and experienced. The organization in the front office is excellent, as is the customer service, however that’s where it ended. I was quoted 4 men for 6 hours to move the large items only (sofa, dining room table, king size bed, etc.) in my 2300 square foot home. For the number of times I went over what was going to be moved I was pretty surprised the movers kept asking me what was going where.

This was the worst moving experience of my life. I’ve moved relatively often and lived in multiple states. Moving is always stressful and movers don’t usually relieve that stress. Two Men and a Truck said the right things. They assured me that my mattress would be covered and that they had individuals that knew how to move the washer and dryer. On the morning the move was scheduled they called to say they would be late that they had stopped for breakfast. Very unprofessional.

We had a horrible experience with Two Men and a Truck Las Cruces, NM. We hired the company for a local move for a 3 bedroom home. We had packed 90% of the small items contracted them for the big furniture (beds, dressers, sofa, chairs, dining set, lamps etc.). The supervisor arrived with the crew, then left. It took 4 guys over 4 hours just to get our things wrapped and loaded in the truck... we were quoted 2 1/2 hours. We were so aggravated watching how slow they moved and how unorganized they were.
It’s unfortunate that we couldn’t make you happy Jim/Cathy even after addressing your concerns. Your move did take a little longer than expected, but we did address it to your satisfaction at that moment.
While the move was great and very professional, all of a sudden out of nowhere I get a charge on my credit card for the move that happened 5 months ago for an unpaid deposit. I call the company and while they swear it is legit, their system just now found it. No notice, no phone call, just a charge on the credit card. Apparently, I am not the only one this has happened to. That 5 star review just tanked. Customer beware.

The movers from this company were inexperienced and broke my son’s brand new dining room table and several other pieces of furniture were also scratched. Packing was messy and very disorganized. We have not heard back from them regarding how they will remedy this situation. This unprofessional behavior is disappointing.

I recently used Two Men and a Truck to move my mom out of her apartment and into her new home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Kevin, Jeffery, Jacob, Ario, and Jeremiah were the crew that handled our move, and they were absolutely fantastic. Of course, moving day decided to throw us a curveball. The elevator in my mom’s apartment building stopped working right when the move began. Without hesitation, the team simply said, “No problem,” and started carrying everything down the stairs.

Esteban and Jaime were life savers. I had to move my mom and was not able to move the heavier things. They were very efficient and took special care with her antiques. I will recommend two men and a truck to everyone. Prices are reasonable and they even came in under the estimate. I can't thank these 2 young men and the company enough. I even received calls from Brandon throughout the day just checking on the progress. Excellent customer service. 👌 ❤️

My mom was moving out of state and had decided to use the PODS company to.ship her things. We needed help to pack and load a 16ft container. Gabriel helped schedule and arrange the crew for us and was very knowledgeable and helpful with this. He followed up with emails and phone calls letting us know we were scheduled and we were kept updated as it came closer to our day. The morning of the move 2 men came promptly on time.

Their system is easy to get scheduled, there is good and regular communication, and the movers who showed up (Jullian and Joel) came on time and had great, service-oriented attitudes.
