This move was done on May 29, 2026. This is thee WORST service or lack thereof that I have EVER received. The movers scratched up my brand new Sled bedroom set, scratched up my bar, broke my 75 inch tv, broke a pillar I had and tried to cover it up with their blanket, broke my computer table, scuffed up and damaged my white leather sofa and love seat, my white leather sofa and love seat used to recline but no longer reclines anymore, broke one of my lamps, stole several bottles of water from me.

We had this company come out to move a heavy piece of furniture from our attached garage to our basement. They showed up on time and the quote we received was reasonable. I questioned whether the service included insurance when I called for the appointment, and I was told yes. We paid up front on our credit card. When the team came, they presented my husband with an invoice, which had an additional fee of $100 per truckload for insurance. The mover stated that we owed this money for the insurance.

Movers showed up 2 hours late. I was told that I had way more boxes than what I told them even though the question specifically was how many big boxes I had. 2 hours later I was told to prioritize the items I needed them to move because …

This company should be called "Two Men and a Truck with Half a Brain Between Them." Horrible experience. First off, the list of items they can move is extremely restrictive - they won't touch anything remotely fragile... basic things you would expect to be handled by a moving service like vases and lamps. We had to beg them to move our (lightweight) houseplants because they have some inane policy on transporting items with dirt.

Absolutely terrible. These are not professional movers. Amateurish all the way around. Whoever their so-called supervisor was, she was the worst. They shrink wrapped our Dressers and they didn’t move the drawers separately. She said they had to hurry because they have another job later that day. What? I hired them for 6 hours! When you live somewhere for 15 years, there is alot of stuff. We didn’t deserve to be hurried through our move. Especially at the price they gouge you for. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Called. Salesman was very condescending. Like I was wasting his time. And I should know how his buisness works. Very unprofessional. If sales acts like him I couldn't imagine how the rest of the job would go.

I would highly recommend using Two Men & a Truck. Specifically Ty and Tay were phenomenal! They were super friendly, quick, and handled everything with such care. Not only did they place larger piece items in the exact spot I wanted but I also haven’t come across anything that was damaged.
