In their own words
I just want to put out a PSA for anyone with up coming moves planned. Do not use two men and a truck. I used them for a move this past weekend, and noticed they damaged a closet door beyond repair, the trim for multiple doors as well as the walls. The movers said NOTHING to me, and this was extensive damage it would be known as soon as it happened.

Negligent job from the Two Men & a Truck team. Claiming they could not work past a certain time, they left about half our items at the origin and did not put the door back on its hinges. Half the team was two hours late too, but they would …

We hired 2 Men and a Truck from Greenville,WI. The guys filled up half the truck and then told my wife she could hire them to move the rest of our stuff if we paid the full fee a second time. We have used them before when we moved Janet to Waupaca. She explained how they could stack everything to get it all in one move. They ignored her. We gave them a list of everything and was quoted a price and they said they could get it all in one load with the size of truck they were sending.
Rick, We appreciate the time you took to leave us feedback. We are looking into this issue and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately. We hope you can give us the chance to turn your experience around. _
Not happy with all the damage. I understand things/accidents happen. But to continue to use torn and ripped blankets with big holes in them off the top of the pile of maybe 100 or more blankets is sad. Instruct movers to toss BAD blankets to the side and let the company decide to repair or toss them out. Instruct movers to use 2 or 3 blankets on top of fine tables that will have heavy things placed on top of them.
Complete bait and switch. My online quote was $471–$900, but a representative called later to say it didn't include "certain fees." The price skyrocketed to $1,371 for a local move to the literal next building. I found another company to do it for under $500. Be careful of their hidden fees. Because the online quote system doesn't include such fees according to her voicemail
Took 3.5 hours to move 5 pieces of furniture out of my apartment. One of the movers wanted to only fit 1 piece of furniture in the storage unit elevator (we ended up fitting almost the entire load). I had to help as it would have taken another hour had I not. Would not recommend or use again
I have used two men in a truck before, and never had an issue. This time I use them and there were several issues. The movers did not wrap any of my furniture, and I asked them to. The movers made a comment that there was no need to wrap it …

We ask that you share this with your friends and family. We called a month ago to set up a move and gave them our list of items and she confirmed our date and was told they still had all of our info from a previous move and gave us the date …

We recently had a fantastic experience with Two Men and a Truck. From start to finish, their professionalism really stood out. The team arrived right on time, for the 2 day move from Appleton to Sun Prairie, ready to work, and handled everything with care and efficiency. What impressed us was their flexibility and communication from ther office. Due to bad weather, we had to reschedule, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The guys did a great job! I moved from a two bedroom apartment to a larger townhouse and they took care of moving all furniture efficiently and everything was well protected. They were friendly and explained everything to me so I knew what to expect and what was going on. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Valley!

We have partnered with Two Men and a Truck several times, just recently for a move into our new house we built. Duane and Christian were outstanding! They worked tirelessly to get the many items we had from a rental into the right space in our new home. We were more than thrilled with their effort. The care they take is amazing. You too will be pleased.

Two Men and a Truck transported our three bedroom house from Tampa to Chattanooga and did a fantastic job. The quote was very reasonable, the office was incredibly communicative (and flexible), and we utilized the same movers who moved us in Tampa, both hard-working guys very adept at maximizing space and efficiency.
Thank you, Robert, for sharing your positive experience! We're thrilled to hear that our team provided excellent service during your move from Tampa to Chattanooga. Thanks for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!
