Two Men and a Truck Moving

Worst moving experience ever. Overcharged and under delivered. Rude staff and untimely service. Damaged my stuff and lost the pegs to the bes and left a heavy piece of furniture without being assembled cause thy lost the pegs and wanted to charge me to look for it and reinstall it. Estimated 1.5k then charged ~ 2.6k with 7.5 hours of service but only was 6.5 hours. Avoid by all means! Look for local movers.

I have been a repeat customer for over 15 years. My interstate move was 25 June 2026, the moving team were polite but careless. They didn't do a walk through of the property to verify they had everything. They left several important items and and a bunch of other items behind. The general manager, Mr. Newhouse was not willing to make it right by picking up and bringing the items to me post-haste. He wanted to charge me even more money to move my items his team failed to pick up.

DO NOT USE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!!!! FALSELY INFLATED RATING due to the fact anyone can leave a review on most platforms including google. Also due to IF You ACCEPT PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, you MUST sign a CONTRACT REQUIRING you to DELETE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Keep in mind I used them JUST to rearrange 5 pieces of furniture in my own house. 3 out of the 5 were damaged. One more obvious than the others.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and will not be using its services again. During the move, my vanity was damaged in several places, and one entire side of my dresser was completely shattered. The damage to both pieces of furniture was significant and unacceptable. Given the high overall cost of the services provided, I expected a far greater level of care, professionalism, and attention in handling my belongings.

Keep everything valuable out of site. Don't let them pack your items! Even my baby's foot print and hand print is disappeared because it was located close to a box of jewelry. This was my second time using this company and I was very happy with them the first time, they broke a couple of furniture but no big deal they replaced them very professionally. Their office staff were very helpful and the movers worked really hard. It only takes one person to ruin the whole work.

The final price came in WAY higher than the upper limit of the estimate. The moving crew tried to get me to sign a release of liability before bringing my safe into my new house, which they assured me was no problem when I hired them. The crew was friendly and seemed to work well together, but they did not disclose damage to my stairs, door, walls, railings, washing machine, and carpet. In fact, they intentionally hid the damage to a frame around the water intake by putting the broken piece in a cupboard.

I would have loved to utilize their services. I had 2 dressers and a headboard in the storage unit next door. When I got the estimate, it was between $300 - $600. That's too much to move 3 pieces of furniture from next door. I wish I could afford it. Anyways I contacted a family member who moved it for me for free. It was quick and easy for him to do. Glad he was available. Just thought I'd give you guys an idea of what they charge. If you can afford to pay those prices for a few pieces of furniture great.

We hired Two Men and a Truck a month prior to our move. At first the scheduling was easy and convenient. The movers and move day were unorganized and not prepared. They rushed and had no care for our items. The movers destroyed four walls in our house, dropped my washer, destroyed my workout equipment, and lost several hardware components. My household items were in almost day one condition. A low cost mover is now going to cost me triple to replace and/or repair. We’re extremely disappointed.
