A few days after our whole-house move they got a glowing review from my good-hearted wife. However, as we started getting more and more unpacked we found an end table that had a two inch by 1/2 inch gouge, and a box of coffee coups that had 12 broken. My wife made a claim by phone for them and they did replace the table. It came by UPS and it turns out it wasn't new but had been assembled once before and then disassembled then repackaged.
Hi Gary, thanks for sharing your concerns. I apologize you have discovered damages after the move. If we make a mistake we do our best to make things right as soon as possible. I apologize we weren't more proactive at offering solutions after your move.
No call back. Multiple attempts. "Ain't nobody got time for that". (sing it for laughs) No no, we spoke multiple times. Finished off with, you'll be calling me back. Called back multiple times after (Nothing) No worries, it's not just you. NO ONE HAS PASSION FOR THEIR WORK THESE DAYS. Im sure you are as good as any.

On the positive side, they were able to get me scheduled the very next day that I called. And the two guys that showed up were respectful and careful. On a negative note, they were scheduled to be there at 8:30 am but started charging me at 8. They said because they start charging as soon as they leave the office. The office is 6 minutes away. He said, well we have to do our inspection. I don’t see why that should be on my time. Especially when you’re paying $220 an hour. That’s $88 for nothing.

I am not someone who writes reviews, but I am so disappointed with the customer service. I can't speak to whether or not they are careful or courteous movers. I can say that no one showed at the time that I thought I had scheduled. I called the office and left a voicemail when they were late, and no one responded to my voicemail message. I sent an email the following day, and a customer support person responded. She was waiting for me to confirm the move before booking the move.

Terrible experience with this local Boise/meridian branch. Call center guy, Micah took all my info and an inventory list, and quoted me $4200-$4700 on a move. It took 4 days for the general manager, Zach to get to our place and firm up the estimate. We were excited to move forward with these guys but Zach the quoted me $7000 for a move. I asked him why the discrepancy and he blamed Micah ad being new and not doing his job well yet.
Michael, while I do truly apologize for any inconvenience we caused in the delay of you scheduling your move, I hope you understand that our goal is to conduct your move to a high level of satisfaction and to exceed your expectations.
Scheduled moving appointment 4 months ago, unfortunately that house went thru and couldn’t get it so rescheduled with this company and then they showed up that day with no notice or confirmation. Then i tried and called to reschedule again and they told me no and said i had to wait two weeks before actually moving to call and i asked if there would be a fee and said no because I was going to call later and reschedule with them since they wouldn’t allow me then to do so.
WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! DO NOT HIRE THEM! YOUR PROPERTY WILL BE DAMAGED AND THROWN AROUND. PHOTOS AND EVIDENCE TO PROVE MY CLAIMS. My family had to move last minute due to a family emergency. Our attorney of over 30 years found this company to pack and move our entire condo into a storage unit a few miles away. We had an employee at our home to ensure nothing was stolen. We were charged about $2,000 for this move (for a two bedroom, one bath apartment).
Just trying to get a quote and I did not feel good about it. I spoke with Jake. He was very fast talking and I had to interrupt him to be heard. This felt like the pushy, greasy used car salesman. I was originally quoted three men. I stated that I knew we wouldn't need more than two. He then changed it to four men. He also expressed zero flexibility in the times to be charged. Sorry but I'm not paying an extra $100 just so you can drive halfway across town to my residence.

We have used Two men and a Truck four times for both small and large moves. All four moves have been consistent. The movers have been on time, pleasant and respectful, very careful with nothing damaged. They are organized and fast. They have the right equipment and know how to use it. All of that has worked together to ensure each of our moves have been ahead of schedule and under budget. I'll use Two Men and a Truck again.

I needed to hire someone who could move my furniture, so I began looking for a Veteran-owned moving company in the Boise/Meridian area. EVERYONE at Two Men and A Truck that I dealt with were AWESOME!! Jake did a fantastic job of walking me through identifying which items were to be part of the move to come up with the estimate which was impressively accurate. Misty eased my nerves as we learned the day before there was a gas explosion just down the street from the new home and a lockdown for a 4-mile radius around it. We touched base throughout the day before as we didn’t know if we’d be able to proceed with the move as schedule.
