Two Men and a Truck Moving

(Name changed for privacy.) This was my second time using TMAAT. The first was positive so I thought it was a safe bet. I was very wrong! First they had the details of my space and items wrong so the move took twice as long as expected. It was snowing the day of my move. They tracked in salt and snow all over my brand new wood floors.

Of course I feel strongly about this, nobody bothered to listen when I pointed out the size and weight, nor did anyone listed when I said you could use an ltl or deadhead truck. You want the review removed? Not after our phone call. You'll have a deadhead truck, but still want to charge me thru the nose. The only reason he bothered to call was to get the review removed. Makes me wonder how many bad review they've gotten that disappeared.

Worst experience ever. I'm still not finding all my stuff from 2/24 1st they went to the wrong address became rude n disrespectful when i told them that, 2nd didn't use the rugs I had down for snow n mud got dirt all over, so upset, they thought it was funny, 3rd 2 big boxes broke cause they were upset n mishandling my property, they told me I gave them more to put stuff in, 4th instead they threw it all in the garbage laughing n joking about breaking my kids school art projects, Grandmas antique dishes, pots n…

Hired this company in February 2020 to assist in move. They did not complete the move as discussed, never contacted me with questions & charged me over $600 to move 20-25 boxes which were already packed and by the door. If you want to be over charged & hear a bunch of BS excuses, contact them. If you want someone who will actually help you, call anyone else. I would not recommend this moving company to anyone.

We booked a "loading" only service through this location to move stuff from a 3rd floor apartment. The service was mainly for furniture and also included pre-packed totes. We were given a quote and told that it would take about 1.5-2 hours. We settled on a timeframe of starting the loading between 12:30 and 1:00pm which was perfect as it fit into our schedule for the graduation events happening that day. Once Saturday came around, we were all ready to go at 12:30.

I wish I could recommend this place but I can't. They broke our kamado joe grill and they left it shattered on our lawn, so on top of an already stressful move we had to deal with disposing of it because it was destroyed. They got mud all over our carpets, promised they'd clean it, and still haven't followed up. We've called so many times.

Several of my things were damaged in my cross-state move. This includes furniture that was not wrapped in blankets in the truck, items that were simply tossed on top of each other in the truck attic, my dining room table that the movers used to pack some items without protecting the top of the table, and an expensive piece of equipment that was loaded in the truck so that it was resting on its uneven mechanical side not on its flat side.

I contacted TMAAT for an estimate for a lightly furnished 2 bedroom apartment move from Fargo, ND to Tucson, AZ. Two queen beds, one couch, and a chest freezer. Probably 20-25 plastic totes, which I am providing. Kassidy was very polite and friendly. When I received my quote, it was a jaw dropping $20,000!!! All of my belongings are probably worth less than half of that. With those prices, I am unsure how they stay in business. Thinking that there was some mistake, I contacted Kassidy.
