My worst moving experience! Due to some unexpected circumstances I had to move out and back in within 2 weeks. My move was from a 2 bedroom apartment from.one side of the street to the other side! Firat of all my moves took 9 hours each! The first move was actually good, but the s3cond move was horribke. All my furnitures are italian made and expensive! Well, first of all they broke my huge office desk! I had paid $5K for it.
not happy at all with these guys.. first off they were 3 hours late for the scheduled pick-up, which then led to arriving across the state and unloading in the dark, (not a good start), They damaged a few things in the move, and I tried to get reimbursed for the cost to repair (a torn mattress), and after nearly a month of phone calls and messages, (NONE) that were ever returned, I finally gave up !! BEWARE of these guys
I hired this company for packing services only. Numerous fragile items were not packed appropriately, resulting in breakage, including breakage of some heirloom items. Some plates and bowls were stacked on top of each other with no paper or bubble wrap in between, even though those supplies were purchased by me and were available to them at the time of packing. Glass pitchers were lightly wrapped in paper but no paper was packed inside of them to prevent breakage. I’m honestly surprised more items did not break.

I had a great experience with Two Twigs Moving. The gentleman that moved me; Kaden, CJ, and Sire were very professional, and did an exceptional job moving my things from 2 locations to my new home. They were on time, worked hard, very polite and got the job done! There was only one mishap, which was a complete accident. A very large piece of custom cut glass for the top of a desk…they handled it with extreme care, triple wrapping it in blankets but when went to secure it in the truck, the glass snapped.
Two Twigs moved me today and I am extremely pleased with this company. Communication: A+. Punctuality: A+. Professional in every way: A+. Fair pricing: A+. Super nice and very helpful!

Two Twigs was a personal referral to my husband and me from friends who had used them before. I’ve moved many times, never had a satisfactory experience so I was happy to give this company a try. Best. Decision. Ever. The crew showed up on time; the owner was present as well! The team leader went over everything regarding their policies, estimated time of job, liabilities, etc. They were seasoned professionals- had a plan for loading the truck to facilitate the ease of unloading.

I just texted the company for a quote and he responded immediately and was very pleasant to deal with in completing the questions on the quote questionnaire.
