I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this U-Haul location. I reserved a 15' truck three days in advance at the Ed Carey Dr. location, only to be told by an employee named Marcus that I had to go to a different 3rd-party location because they supposedly didn't have my truck. When I arrived at the second location, there was no one there to give me the keys. I called the Ed Carey store back and spoke to the manager, Joseph, who was extremely rude.
They gave us a truck with no fluids..got stranded on the highway just 1 Mile after driving.. triple a never got to the scene..36 degree weather.. waiting on the cold..when I called customer service just a few minutes ago.they refused to give me anything for my troubles
DO NOT GO HERE, I REPEAT.. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Hi friends, I'm just trying to save you time, energy, and a major headache. I was going to use U-Haul for all my storage needs, I actually did. After months of looking for a specific storage unit I praised the Lord when one became available at U-Haul (specifically this one off of Ed Carey). Happy as can be, I reserved my unit, U-Haul had my confirmation and card on file, the date to move in was set, life was good... Or so I thought. Boy did U-Haul do me dirty.

Terrible service!!!! If you go there, know your business is not appreciated AND check the truck they provide you because the brake lights were disconnected on ours. Gives UHaul a very bad reputation
Saturday afternoon 3:30 pm. I arrive and was passed over twice by the two unprofessional attendants. They rudely ask if I was paying card or cash . When I said cash the guy said we …
They refuse to make room around there LP Tank to where a Motorhome cant get close enough to get gas. What a waste of company resources.

OUTSTANDING customer service. Clean location and the gentleman that assisted us was very responsive. In and out in less than ten minutes.
I currently have U-Boxes stored at this location. I went there today to put some things in, and take some things out. I did not give notice as it was a spur of the moment thing. Since they were able to accommodate my rude lack of notice, they did and immediately brought my boxes to me. Anthony and Armando were both very kind and understanding. I appreciate their help today, and feel that people like this are an asset to U-Haul. Thanks!

I give this Ed Carey location a 5 star only because of the employee Anthony, he went out of he’s way to help me troubleshoot why my trailer lights weren’t working probably. Not a lot of people would have gone the extent he did in order for me to leave with the trailer safety. This man deserves a raise!
