Not happy, not even close.. this location does not have the capability to process an online reservation completely. In fact, even after going inside to start my transaction from the beginning, I was told that the their system was down and they would have to process my transaction from their cell phones.. *(I thought that's what I had just done) Come to find out, since I have an out of state driver's license, (although I own a local business) I was not able to rent the pickup that I reserved but instead I was…
Disorganized, lost my online order, charged for items discounted by another employees when I picked up the truck. No hand dolly on site even though I paid for one on line. long wait time as a result. Avoid if possible.
They never want tobhelp with propane it is such a hassle to get propane always making excuses and even saying there is a cut off time during business hours

Great Experience—Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a seamless experience with the U-Haul at the Palmdale location! Before coming in, I called to verify the deposit amount for a 15" truck (perfect size for a 1-2 bedroom move), and the phone customer service was great. When I arrived on Saturday, I was immediately helped by the friendly staff. Because I’ve used this office before, the reservation process was incredibly fast since they still had my information on file. The staff here are both professional and welcoming.
Walked in to pick up a 20’ U-haul and was greeted by Nena and Jayla. Both were amazing, but Jayla was so sweet! She throughly went through each step of the process perfectly and she made returning the truck fast and easy. They had the best attitudes and customer service. Recommend this location just because of the service and process!

These folks are kind. Storage facility is large and clean. They stay busy, but somehow I never had to wait long. Both Nena and Jesse made my life much easier in a stressful move situation.
