Our experience with this facility was incredibly disappointing. Our storage unit was auctioned despite us calling to resolve the issue and providing a credit card to keep the account current. An employee mistakenly used the card only to pay the outstanding balance instead of setting up the ongoing payment arrangement we had requested. Although this error originated with the facility, our unit was still sold. To make matters worse, the facility failed to ensure we received the required notices.
I have been Renting from them for about two years. When I put my stuff in there, my daughter ended up in the hospital for quite some time and after her hospital stay we ended up staying with some family due to her health condition. I had …
Don’t buy lockers from this place they are very disorganized and doesn’t show on any listing or email where your suppose to pay wasted a hour finding where to pay at.
