The rating breakdown
2 of the 28 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for U-Pack are one or two star.
Worked out from 28 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Anchorage
0.9 percentage points lower than the middle of the 15 listings in Anchorage we can publish a rate for.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Very happy with UPack! Went from Alaska to Georgia very fast and customer service was great both in Alaska and Georgia! Kept us informed and very professional and much cheaper moving this way. Thank you to all involved!
Thank you for trusting us with your move, Sandra! We're so glad we were a great fit for your moving needs, and we hope you enjoy your new home in Georgia!
We moved from Anchorage, Alaska to Grantsville, Utah. The shipping containers (Pods) Showed up on time, we loaded them, and they were pickup timely. We drove down the Alaska Highway, A week later the pods showed up at our new address. We offloaded them, they were pick up the next day. The customer service was excellent! The price was the best out of all movers! You will be very happy if you pick U-Pack for your moving needs!
We're glad we were priced right for your move to Utah, Mark! Thank you for choosing us and sharing yor experience. We hope you enjoy your new home!
I used U-Pack to move my stuff from Nebraska to Alaska. I had a lot of stress about the process when I was planning my move, primarily about the logistics living in an apartment complex. But the whole process was smooth, and fast. The truck that drops off and picks up the relo-cube is a Semi-truck, there was space outside my complex for the truck to park, and then the fork lift delivered the container to the designated spot.
We're glad we could help eliminate some of the stress from your move to Alaska, Ken. Thank you for trusting us and taking the time to share your experience. We hope you enjoy your new home!
U-Pack was the cheapest option I found when I was researching options for a move from Alaska to NY. I was wary at first but the company went above and beyond to help me. For context, there were some hiccups and delays that were completely out of their control but they worked with me to figure out options, didn't raise the price, and were very friendly and understanding throughout it all which helped decrease my stress. The estimated time of pickup and arrival was accurate as well.
