In their own words
We recently used U-Pack to move a relative from MN to SC. Due to many unknowns about when the relative would be ready, we had to change our moving dates multiple times as well as the drop off location. U-Pack was always helpful and flexible and best of all when you called their number you spoke directly to a knowledgeable and helpful person. During the move U-Pack was very communicative with updates and the trailer was delivered on time.

We recently moved from the west coast to the Midwest. Probably one of the most difficult parts of the move was deciding how to get our stuff to the new house. We were very pleased with our decision to use U-pack. We were expecting many of our items to be damaged or broken and everything arrived unharmed. My only frustration is that the closest they would drop the trailer was over an hour away.
