UPack says on their website, ”The price may be lower than other moving companies, but the level of service isn't” My experience with them was the complete opposite of what they say. This will be my first time leaving a negative review of a business and I must do so this time because people deserve to know the truth. I’ll keep it simple. Do not trust them saying what day or time the container will arrive. It will change at any time.
Do not use this company. They use tricky wording- spoke to representatives several times- told my things would arrive within a week. Moving out of state and starting a new job- pretty crucial. When your things do arrive- the latest time stated- there becomes the problem. Unless you paid 200% more (not an insignificant amount) to have a guaranteed delivery window, the local freight company will hold all your possessions- until they feel like they should deliver them.
We boxed our belonings propertly and covered with plastic our furniture..upon arrival, several boxes were smashed and the furniture scratched...
DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Horrible customer service, overpriced, and poor moving options. Relocube is TINY!!! Arrived and it is far too small for my move. I was repeatedly reassured that it would be compatible with my move, and it was not! Company was not helpful in helping to rearrange transportation of my items. Then charged me $150 for cancelling a product they knew I would not be able to use!!! Manager refused to rectify the situation and was of no help! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

False advertising. Our trailer was held for almost two weeks. I received no updates and had to break down doors to get answers. I was barely compensated for my troubles. Truly the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

We moved from North Carolina to Colorado using 4 U-Pack pods and it was super smooth. Our stuff actually arrived a whole week early at the new place and they were able to pick up the empty pods the next day. Saved about 5k+ using this service instead of having full blown movers which I used previously when I moved from Texas to NC. Highly recommend. People are friendly and service is great.

Everything with UPack went very smoothly. Delivery and pick up of the pods in both states went well. There was quite a bit of boxes that rubbed on furniture along the drive that wore through and caused some damage, but nothing too bad and it was across the country, so a bit expected. Overall, UPack was always responsive and timely.

I just moved from Seattle, WA to NC and used U-Pack to move, store, and deliver all of my belongings. This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every customer service person I spoke with was helpful, polite, and did not try to sell me anything. They were not pushy at all as compared to other similar, well-known companies. They gave me my first month’s storage free, drop-off and pick-up were a breeze, and I had zero issues.
