In their own words
Using this service was great and ended up being the cheapest option for us moving from Washington to Tennessee, much cheaper than even renting a U-Haul to drive ourselves, and we wouldn't have been able to move everything had we done that - we ended up using a full 27' trailer for our move, with stuff stacked floor to ceiling almost the entire length. I had some initial concerns with this service, but all it took was talking to the team and asking questions to get those concerns addressed.

I want to thank the person at the Jackson, TN office for coordinating the pickup of the trailer from my sister-in-law, I believe last Thursday March 21. The gentleman I talked to was so nice and professional, that I just wanted to say something nice about him. I also want to thank very much too, the driver who came out that morning who helped the two women open up the back of the trailer, helped with the ladder and take down the boards next to the boxes. I was told he was excellent in every way also.

After selling our home and having to get our belongings out within a week. The company got a trailer out to us and picked it up the same day that we let them know it was ready. They gave us a date range to deliver it to our destination and they delivered. Thank you for great customer service and keeping your word
