In short: The service in VA was excellent and clean. The service in Tacoma, WA was not even close. Black putty on the ground around our cube cost me over $200 in cleaning my living room furniture alone! I tried to make a claim and not one person seemed willing to help me. I received no help from this company. The WHOLE story: Originally, I was very pleased with our agreement with UPACK. My husband is very capable of moving things once I pack them so this was a good fit for us. We made our reservation online.
The dispatcher Keith in Tacoma has the worst customer service! Would never use this company again or recommend to anyone because of Keith! I wish I could have given negative stars, to match Keith’s service.

Definitely would recommend this service. I moved across the United States and felt the container would protect my belongings. Very strong container. Drop off was quick and professional. The only "negative," aspect was the pickup not being very flexible on time frame. And drop off time frame made it hard to pack and be ready for the container got there when the time frame window is 1-4hrs. Especially when you have family driving over to help. Again great service. Will definitely use again.
Clear communication and notification for every step of ways. Every thing was done as it says and easy to notify pick up and drop off days. Good price, services, and professional. I'll use them again. Thank you U-Pack!!!
AMAZING! Moving is hard! No matter what you do it is always going to be difficult. UPACK made my situation as easy as possible for how complicated moving can be. And that was wonderful for me!!! It's exactly as described. They brought my trailer on time. Left it overnight. Came back the next day to pick it up without any issues and off I went free and clear on my drive to a new state. Once my trailer was picked up, I used my phone to pull up the website and a button appeared saying manage my move.

This is our second out-of-state move with U-Pack and we're very pleased with the service and staff. They call and text to update, and on time as awlays! Very flexible and accommodating, easy to talk to. There's a always a person answering your call! Have recommended them and our friends have been highly satisfied as well.
