The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 9 | 75.0% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 8.3% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 1 | 8.3% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 8.3% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 9 four and five star reviews we have read for U-Pack. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
great company on time no delays i forgot to call for pick up you know moving is crazy but i called morning of and they put me on the pick up list right away cubes were picked up within 2 hours of my call also i had ordered only one cube but i realized i needed a 2nd it was delivered within a half hour of me ordering it highly recommend this company
I highly highly recommend this company. The drivers were wonderful, friendly, accomadating and timely. I have used other companies in the past and using this company to move from Florida to Pennsylvania went so smoothly, I will only ever …
Move cross country was easy and quick. Company was able to pickup and drop off cubes when requested.
Shipped a "Pod" from Bern Township, PA to a San Antonio TX suburb. They dropped pod off on Thursday....were willing to delay pickup until following Wednesday at no extra charge. Drop off/pickup were seamless. Very nice rep did the job. Pod went from Reading Thursday, to SA, Sunday. Delivered to drop off Tuesday. Empty Pod pickup is at user's discretion (in this case-might be different in busier season). The pod was extremely clean. Interior fixtures allowed easy rope stabilization of load.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
