The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 11 | 100% | |

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Bobby (UniMove) helped us move from Seattle to Denver. I was initially hesitant to hire someone to rent a truck and move our goods across country, but after speaking with Bobby, reviewing the contract, and reading his reviews I was convinced. Bobby was quick in communication, reasonable in pricing, and extremely professional. As someone who previously used PODS for moves, this was new to me. Essentially I hired loaders in Seattle and unloaders in Denver and then Bobby took care of the rest.
Thank You Brian for your detailed review. Right after your job, by popular demand, UniMove.US started offering Full-Service Moves where we provide the extra helpers. I'll even pack for you.
I highly recommend Robert “Bobby” Burke of Acumen Driving Specialists for any need you have for a truck driver who will go above and beyond. Bobby’s diligence, competence, integrity, encouragement, and kindness are pretty much unparalleled in the moving industry. If you’ve moved much (or at all) you know what I mean. He delivers excellent service at a very reasonable rate. I would definitely use him again. I used Bobby in September, 2017, for a very complicated move involving two 16-ft.
Hi Marliss. Thanks for the review. It was my pleasure to help you out...(not so much on encountering snow-covered Wyoming roads in October,) but everything else was fun. Enjoy the ice-box.
UniMove. Best moving experience by far and I have moved a lot!! So happy to have found them!! Bobby is a local gem and is extremely trustworthy, reliable, professional and transparent which is very rare to find with moving companies!! What you see is what you get — no bait and switch or sudden increase in costs on moving day which is unfortunately very common with movers.
Awesome! Thanks again Keate for using UniMove.US. It was great working with your family. Using our 'Friends and Family" package, your boys helped save you a chunk of money. Best wishes settling into the greater Tampa Bay area of The Sunshine State. Bobby
Bobby and his team helped me with my move from NYC to Colorado, and they were amazing!! When researching moving companies for my move, I came across a number of untrustworthy companies/individuals who just seemed like they were going to scam me. Then I found Bobby through Craigslist, and he was communicative and upfront about his pricing and services. I decided to take a chance on him and am totally happy with my decision.
Thanks Sandy! It was a pleasure chatting with you on the phone, and Oremek (my East Coast Mgr) said you were super great too!
