In their own words
I had a disappointing experience with this business. The customer service was poor, and it's worth noting that most of the positive reviews are from 3 or more years ago—things may have changed since then. I was surprised that the cost of using a pickup truck ended up being comparable to what you'd pay for a full-service moving company. I recommend looking into other options.
You asked me to do the move for cheap. I wasn't going to do that
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Needed help moving a washer & dryer in a pinch. They were on time, friendly, & able to get on base. Also very reasonable pricing. The best price quote i got in Columbus actually. Highly recommend them!
Man, let me tell you.. These guys don't play.. One guy was dispatched to me , and he came at the time I told him I would meet him at the furniture store.. He wrapped my new sofa and loaded it up fast... Helped me get it off the truck and the price was very fair.. Will be calling them again. Need more honest people like that.. Thanks
Thanks, we appreciate your business
The owner was responsive and staff went above and beyond to help provide the best customer care and service.
Wade is honest, efficient, and dependable. I can recommend this company without any reservations. He did my move when he said he would, and at the price he quoted. You will like dealing with Wade--I know I did.
