Very unprofessional, first call I made they answered "Thank you for calling Valley Storage" and when I said "Hi I'd like to-" they hung up on me; called back a few more times throughout the day and never got an answer, and I left a …
Greetings Andrew, I am sorry to hear there was a miscommunication on our end, its been very busy. Please contact us and we will make things rights. - Steve, owner.
No answer on their phone calling 8-10 times. Voicemail is always full. Will not respond to emails that I have sent 3 times to different email addresses. I have been moved out of my unit since 11/21 and they continue to charge me. I have disputed the transactions several times and now my bank is telling me I need to get a new debit card to avoid them continuing to charge me. Probably the worst customer experience I have experienced in my life.
I called multiple times (also had tried different phones in case it was a data error) and the lady I was on the phone with ended up either muting herself for the remainder of the call or dropped the call completely before I was ever able to book a unit. Went a few days without a call back or message from their website. Very unprofessional.

In their own words
Clean, secure and easily accessible. The staff is friendly and communicates in a timely manner. I've stored my boat there every Winter for many years.
Clean, spacious, easy access, great location, everything exactly as promised. Prompt responses. I'll always use them!
The receptionist/office lady at this business was having a hard day when i needed to move my stuff in. The company's system was down and they were unable to get me a unit despite my reservation. After some time, they decided they would accept cash for my reservation as a one time courtesy. Although the customer service was shaky, they ultimately came around to rectify the issue and show genuine care for my business and choosing them as my storage unit.
My wife and I were very happy with the 4 year stint utilizing a 10x12 storage unit. Payments were easy, and the units are clean. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Steve, who was very down to earth. I would definitely recommend Valley Storage LAX to anyone looking for a storage unit!
