Do not use this company! I set up our appointment a month prior and I was told by the rep that all moving supplies were with the cost. I then got called two days before the move to confirm the date and time and that person said only plastic wrap was with the cost but blankets and/or padding was not. We had to scramble to get blankets the next day because no other moving company was available at such short notice. I was also told by the rep they would be there from 9-9:30 am.

I have to say they gave us one of the best experiences in moving from DTLA to Sant Monica. Very professional, showed up on time, packed the stuff well, very quick, honest and helpful. No damages. Time conscious and best of all, the best pricing model of all the companies we checked. I would hire them again for the next move when that happens.

I had to arrange a complex move from a large storage unit to a smaller one in another nearby town. I was unavailable to be there in person while out of the area, and only a select portion of the many items were being moved. The driver stayed in contact throughout the various steps of the process, took care of what was needed, and did an excellent job barely fitting everything into the new smaller unit. Photos were sent for every step of the process, and it couldn't have gone smoother! Thank you!

Ventura Moving was exception from the time we called for a quote until the move was completed. The quote was accurate and there were no hidden charges.
