The rating breakdown
3 of the 25 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Waco Piano Gallery are one or two star.
Worked out from 25 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
I was quoted a price of $300 to move an upright piano 10 miles (straight through the back door and straight into my home over concrete, no stairs either way) and when I said it was going to be more than I thought the salesman rudely asked “well how much did you think it would be?” When I replied that I needed to talk about it with my wife he was very pushy and tried to get me scheduled anyways even though I said 3 times I would need to talk about it and call him back.
Sorry you feel that way. We are professional piano movers and we are insured that is why we quoted that price to you. It was probably a huge old upright or you lived outside of the local zone. As far as asking you when you would like to move the piano that is a normal question.
I wish I could provide a decent review, but Ray's moving service was horrible. He damaged my 6' Yamaha grand piano and said he would repair it. It has been two months since the move, and he hasn't even ordered the parts necessary for repair. He didn't even bother to check with us. Every two weeks we had to call for any update. Please do not use his service. I have been living in Waco over 25 years and never had such a terrible treatment! PS I just can't believe your response!
I am not sure I damaged your piano. Out of the goodness of my heart I said I would fix it. When you call you expect a different answer than what I gave you. Trashing me on a review is not going to get things done faster. I suggest you call someone else to fix it. Make sure it gets done in 24 hours.

Ray Kamperman tuned my piano, removed the dust with a vacuum, and repaired my piano bench. He was very thorough and professional. He was always on time and got right down to work. My old piano sounds so much better under his care.
Thank you!!!
Waco Piano Gallery moved a piano for me, and I was MOST impressed with their gentle care. They treated my piano as if it were their own, and were very careful moving it into my home. I would certainly recommend this business.
Thank you
The Kampermann's are wonderful people, who truly desire to offer the best in piano's and lessons in the Central Texas area. I have know them for many years, and they are honest, hardworking and ethical people!
Thank you Lisa! We appreciate your feedback. As many know, we are a small start-up mom and pop store just trying our best to bring the lost art of pianos back into the world. Not a easy task in this day and age. But we are committed … More
We needed our upright piano moved to a new home. Ray Kampermann and his assistant moved our piano for us. They did a wonderful job! We highly recommend them. Great price too! The Loberger Family
A little late in responding here! Thank you so much for the kind words. We are so glad your move went well. We hope you are all doing well!
