The rating breakdown
Google shows 13 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 13 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Randy from Ward& Pobst piano moving moved my upright from Wichita Falls and drove it to Grapevine then moved my sisters baby grand back to me. He was professional , efficient and knowledgeable with all the needed tools and did it by himself. Well done. Great price. Nanette Blacklock
Thank you for your kind words. We try to do our best with every job!
Elizabeth Ward has been tuning my 7' grand the past 23 years; she is the best! I wait for her to make the trip to central Louisiana because she is the only one I trust. I have several friends who wait for her as well, including the church I served for 30 years.
Thank you for trusting me to care for your beautiful grand. I hope to service it for many years more.
We have a piano that's been in our family for 2 generations, and Ward & Probst has been who we've entrusted its tuning to. Elizabeth is an expert, extremely professional and always a pleasure to be around! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!
Thank you! It's only fitting I should tune for multiple generations of piano owners since I'm a second generation piano technician. : )
I definitely recommend Ward & Probst for piano tuning. It was very easy to set up a time for the technician to come to my home, service was friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable.
Thank you for taking time to review our service. We aim for quality service!
