2024, we moved very few miles And our furniture got ruined. Half of our boxes were missing with a very expensive jewelry in it. Walker would not answer his phone. Would not recommend this place to anybody
A Seriously Dissatisfied Customer Due to Unacceptable Business Practices. My husband and I are extremely disappointed with our experience with Mr. Nicholas, the owner of We Help You Move in Frederick, Maryland. While WE CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY based on the way our concerns were handled by the owner, we want to make it very clear that the moving crew, under the leadership of “Que,” deserves recognition and praise. The moving crew was hardworking, respectful, courteous, and professional.
There’s a great deal to write about this company, but the bottom line is that at the end of the move I was pressured into writing a review. Once I had a chance to look around I found the damage to the walls, the fact that well marked boxes were put in totally random places throughout the house on three different levels, and I wound up cleaning out the refrigerator after they knocked over a drink that coated the entire interior.
They sent two senior men to move my merchandise. it took 6 hours to move two beds and two night stands and a sofa . All my furniture was not put together an employee complained about not knowing to set up dinette set so that was left. I called the manager totally disregard. it cost $817.00 , I have never had such horrible service . I recommend you do not use them.
If Nicholas says he will do something for you don't always count on it getting done or if he'll find you some furniture don't always count on it in the long run you end up with nothing I wouldn't recommend him to anybody especially a veteran that he says he will help

NEVER have I done business with such a horrible company. Our move with them led to anger, stress and many broken items. The owner over schedules, doesn’t communicate with his staff (which creates mass confusion), and he makes promises he …
They brought a trailer and a van that could not fit much. Had to do several trips which is not great when you are paying by the hour.

I loved my experience with this moving company! Nick was very quick to set a date for me and organize everything through the phone. They were on time and we'll prepared when moving day came. The guys, Lane & Mike, were so fast, careful and clearly knew what to they were doing. I appreciate a quick, efficient and professional move. I totally recommend them.
OK so I'm sure there were a few bad experiences. I'm very sorry to hear that just as I'm sure Nick is/was. Nick has a very big heart and always gives his new employees a chance, a redeeming if you will. I'm sure everyone who commented on negative service was compensated whole heartedly. Nick is an amazing person. I've used his services multiple times, we are both veterans and I never could make up for the compassion he showed me. Nick has done great things for my family and the community, it's all public.
We Help You Move is the best moving company we have ever used. We have had a few nightmares and we weren't really looking forward to hiring a moving company. We talked to a few but when we met Nicholas, we knew we were in good hands. He is the kindest, most genuine person I have ever met. His crew was fantastic and truly seemed to enjoy working together, laughing and joking while working really hard. I could not express just how smooth and enjoyable our experience with them was.
I needed a move within a week and Nick and his crew came through with short notice. They were all very professional, polite and understanding, especially since there was a misunderstanding of time. They even finished packing somethings that I hadn't gotten around to. They made what was a stressful day for me much easier. I am grateful to them for ALL THEY DID FOR ME on moving day. Thank you guys. I really do appreciate you all.
