I would never do business with this company again and here’s why: being TWICE overcharged, not adhering to their advertised covid policy, and carelessness that resulted in damaged items. How they achieved a Five Star rating with almost 300 reviews on yelp should be some kind of red flag. Upon completion on moving day, I was given the contract to sign and after seven long hours I had the sense to notice I had been overcharged. I insisted on speaking to ‘the office’ and Rob there said I had been overcharged by $60.

Unfortunately, my experience with West Coast Moving Systems was disappointing. We hired them for our move from Concord to Granite Bay, and it felt like a series of mishaps from start to finish. To begin with, the representative toured our home to provide an estimate, but when moving day came, the truck they brought was too small to accommodate all our belongings.

Stopped in front of this place for 45 seconds to let a UPS truck move and the guy comes running up screaming that I have to move NOW! Apparently his customers get a different face. Learn some manners buddy.
My response to this is you are not our customer. Just another driver parking his truck where it doesn't belong. Happy New Year buddy.

Felipe, Erasmo and Luis helped us move from an apartment to a house. They were on time, professional, and moved us extremely fast. The truck they brought was plenty big and they wrapped all furniture very carefully. Highly recommend West Coast Moving and we will certainly use them again in the future as it's a great value!

West Coast Moving Systems is a top-notch moving company. From start to finish, our experience with them was excellent. Jennifer in the office is super sweet and makes you feel like a valued customer from the first call. Jim came to do our estimate and he was incredibly friendly, explained the different options and costs, and gave me the estimate on the spot. It was a great deal, so I signed the paperwork and secured our moving day right then.

I highly recommend West Coast Moving Company. I needed help with packing and two separate deliveries for my relocation from the Bay Area to the Sacramento area, and their team made the entire moving process much easier and less stressful. Before the move, Rob and Steven came to the site to complete an initial survey and determine the size of the job. They also clearly explained the insurance coverage for potential damage, which helped me feel more prepared and informed.
