In their own words
The move took incredibly long, I gave them exact details on the house and the contents and they got the wrong truck size. The move took over 12 hours. They didn’t know how to reinstall furniture and spent 1.5 hours on one single bed. Ryan, the owner ghosted me when I tried to move my sauna after they realized they couldn’t move it. The movers were nice and friendly, but made me feel like they had never moved before as they ended up having to bring in a third guy.
Middle of winter moves can be slower. I believe it was 16 degrees that morning. 2guys on a 2k sqft house, 2 truck loads. Added an additional guy free of charge to help. I tried to get back to you to reschedule the sauna. Sorry it didn't work out.
Johnson 5m •G BEWARE!!!!!!!!! I used these guys 2 times first time was great, second time not good at all. ..... One of their movers stole my diamond ring! The thief never returned to work the next day or thereafter according to owner. The night of the move they finished for the day around 10:30 pm said they would be back the next day to get the rest of my belongings that needed to be moved, next morning no one showed we had to call and one of the guys said oh l'll get one of the other guys to help me and we'll do…
Again. I'm sorry that item is missing. I do not have any of those guys working for me. I grilled them hard about this and nobody knows anything. I almost feel bad for how hard I was on them. It was an entire box of jewelry and only one is supposedly missing.
Nightmare of a company! I had been scheduled for a move for weeks @ 9 am on a Friday. The day of the move , they did not show up. I tried calling and texting Ryan several times without any response. When he finally answered, he said he’d be at my home 3 hrs later. He said he was moving someone else last minute and and was short handed. At 12:30, still no movers. I again tried several times to contact Ryan, to no avail. Finally, around 2:30-3:00, my daughter got ahold of him.
I was busy until 1pm with jobs that were already scheduled. I called you after we were finished. You did not want us. I refunded you. You rescheduled with us several times. We are a small crew. Originally it was Friday night. I had you on my calendar for evening.
Mover became upset and started yelling in my face. Stormed off and punched his truck. Luckily I wasn’t alone. I have never reviewed a company but this made me post.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this moving company and their crew! From the moment of my initial inquiry the owner was responsive and communicated well. The day before the move he suggested adding two additional movers to which was a fantastic idea! The day of the move they showed up on time and ready to roll. They moved incredibly fast but with impeccable attention to detail (even in the heat and humidity) They wrapped every piece of my furniture and took great care with my belongings.
These guys were incredible! My parents and I moved at the same time and used two different moving companies, so my wife and I were able to compare the quality of work against another company. West Michigan's Finest Movers did work of comparably high quality for less than half the price! The movers worked very quickly and even bought lemonade for us from a stand that was selling it down the street. They were very careful to protect the furniture and were kind and sociable as they worked.
West Michigan’s Finest Movers 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Best Movers ever used! Accurate Quote with fast response times. The guys are professional, kind, and very respectful. I value their knowledge and expertise. I would only recommend them to anyone! They care for your stuff as if it is their own and better. They don’t take short cuts and ask for clarification and not just assume, which I highly valued. When I couldn’t be present, they had the knowledge by getting to know me what needed to be done and did it right.
Looking for a moving labor company you can count on, know what they are doing and absolutely professional and responsive. Well look no more. West Michigan's Finest Movers, specifically Tim and Joe worked so well together. Tim called an hour before arriving letting me know they were on their way and arrived right on time. They surveyed my contents and planned accordingly. Joe was non stop. Handle my boxes and furniture with ease! I had my doubts that my home would be loaded in one 16 ft POD.
