The move itself was well executed. But when it came time for payment- Bill was extremely rude and belligerent! Added $100 to the original quote. And then threatened to add HST (as we originally agreed to cash). Won't use them again.

We had Jeremy and Shane from Perfect Moves (William Smith & Sons) again moving my husbands Wood Shop to our new home on Saturday. They are amazing, very efficient and careful! Would recommend this company to anyone needing professional moving company! They have provided their services for past moves, Piano Moving, and equipment moving. Never a problem.

We were going to attempt to move my old upright piano from Bradford to Oro ourselves, but decided to check into piano movers. William Smith and Sons were reasonably priced and provided wonderful and prompt service. They were friendly, polite and showed up when they said they would. Communication was great. Would definitely recommend them any day.

Couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish. When I first requested a quote from the company, Bill emailed me back right away, and that's how the communication continued - quick responses, efficient, and very pleasant. The crew that moved my piano were great, extremely polite and a pleasure to work with. The piano was my late grandfather's and had been in the family since I was a small child - I knew that Bill and his crew would take care of it. They definitely knew what they were doing.

This was the second piano move using Bill and his crew. I was a bit anxious leading up to this move as the doorway to the new place was on an angle and fairly tight. Bill and his guys are magicians! They got my large upright in without a scratch. Not only do they take the time to wrap and protect your piano, but they also take care with the surroundings, making sure everything is protected. Always professional and a great sense of humour. Would highly recommend and would definitely use Bill and his team again.
