The packers and movers were great. Tom was awful - not reliable and non responsive most of the time. They tried to overcharge us on the move to storage and were very non responsive. We had to file a dispute with our credit card company. We had contracted for an out of state move on a specific date only to find out 3 days before they were to arrive there was no record of this portion of our move. In addition they tried to charge us $800 more for a move with 2000 lbs. less than the estimate.

Took 9 months to process a claim over a damaged table. Constantly getting excuses from the front desk admin and labor worker. …
Our goal is to provide an excellent moving experience for all our customers. We are very disappointed that you were dissatisfied with your mother's move and we will be reviewing your feedback with all people involved to demonstrate what we could have done better.
We have done corporate moves 5 times in the last 20+ years. In those moves we never used a Mayflower affiliated mover. After our experience with Worldwide Moving, we will never use a Mayflower mover again. …

Absolutely amazing experience with this company . They were the recieving company at our destination for a military move . Jeff was so friendly and communicated with me promptly . The team that delivered and unpacked us were exceptional . They were so friendly and so hardworking . My wife and I have lived in Newbury Park California for 45 years and I retired a couple of years ago. We made a decision to sell our home in Newbury Park and move to Tennessee and we needed a reliable mover to move us. Jeff and his team assisted me on my move from LA to Denver and everyone was absolutely delightful. When I first started my search for a mover, I was overwhelmed. I wasn’t sure what to look for and how to navigate the out-of-state move with all my large items. After speaking with a few companies, I knew that I should go with Jeff. He was extremely transparent from the start and assured that he would be taking care of my belongings as if it was his own.

Nothing beats experience, and Jeff has plenty of it! I was truly in awe of how smooth our moving experience was. This was our first move in 30 years, and we had accumulated a considerable amount of stuff. With little time to sort through it, we decided to move everything. Moving out of state is very stressful and Jeff was very good at putting us at ease. You truly can’t do better than Jeff. He is the owner-operator who drives the truck and personally oversees the loading.
