The rating breakdown
6 of the 20 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Wright's Moving Inc. are one or two star.
Worked out from 20 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

The literal worst experience I could have imagined. They charged hourly and moved like it. They didn't bring a big enough truck and left approximately 10% of my belongings behind and then just got in the truck and left without attempting to make it right or even really addressing it at all. They also didn't staff correctly so the hour trip in between my old and new home took them nearly two because they had to stop and pick someone else up (who clearly didn't work there and was doing someone a favor, they had to…
I hired this company to move a piano from my daughters house. They broke the gate and didn’t bother to tell anyone it was broken. When my daughter let the dogs out one of them escaped. I now have to deal with my very upset daughter and grandchildren because their much loved dog is missing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This wasn't our company, but people who were doing business & using ads in our name. We never recalled any such job then or now. This review doesn't belong.
Very disappointed in the quality of service we received from this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We hired Wright's to pack and load our trailer for our move from KS to VA. We just received our items yesterday to find most of our furniture and valuables with extensive cosmetic damage to include puncture holes in dressers and stains on fabric. Most of this was because this company neglected to properly wrap and secure our furniture in the trailer.

Jerry and his crew were very flexible - I called them at the last minute and they made arrangements to get me moved with less than 24 hours notice. Theywere on time, worked extremely quickly, and were very courteous. …
We contacted Wright's for moving commercial kitchen equipment. Larry was professional and friendly on the phone and in person. He was able to give us a great price for the move and even schedule it in less than 2 weeks from the original contact date! Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend Wright's Moving!
Showed up on time and did a great job with moving our antiques very carefully to location for auction. Thanks!
Mr. Wright sent three gentlemen to move a baby grand piano from Lawrence to Topeka for us. They arrived right on time and spent less than 30 minutes taking apart and loading the piano then about that much time unloading and setting it up for us. Great job!!! I highly recommend their services!!
