In their own words
The movers put a hole in our wall when bringing a couch inside. Not a small hole either. When this was brought up to the company they denied the claim. I would recommend doing business with another company who values their customers and their property.
I have used Wyoming Transfer something like 5 times over the past 4 years and each time was an excellent experience - they were on time and careful handling my furniture. This afternoon they did not show up (scheduled for late Friday …
Posting on behalf of David. I would HIGHLY advise not using this company I had a terrible experience and Wyoming Transfer & Storage couldn't care less, use at your own risk. I sent the owner Jim See pictures of my location and told him not to bring an 18 wheeler (just load as much of what I requested in a regular moving truck), they did anyways then charged me $2000 EXTRA to rent a U-Haul to get up my driveway?! Why even give me a quote if you plan to change it that much?!

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Overall I would give them a B to B+ But not an A. I do write a lot of reviews and really try to be fair. First let me tell you the good points. They were very professional and their estimate was accurate. They came when expected. The crew and lead man were great. The amount of time they took was very close to their estimate. They do know their business. They were able to remove all of the furniture into the truck with more than enough space. Delivery was on time. They did try very hard to unload and be careful.
I can't say enough good things about Jim and his team. We were trying to get my mom back to Colorado in February, Jim took the job on short notice, they communicated extremely well through the process. They are professional respectful and extremely kind. We would have been up the creek without this company. Thank you so much
Dan and his loading and unloading teams did a fantastic job getting us from Glenrock, Wyoming to Red Oak, Iowa. Dan walked around and did the inventory so the guys knew what to load. They loaded our stuff on their truck Monday and unloaded it on Wednesday. I had been email corresponding back and forth with Dan since June and he was very good to work with. He made time to come and see our house and give us a very reasonable quote. The entire process went so smooth!
Hands down, one of the absolute best moves we have had. This was a military move for overseas and Marvin and his crew, Justin and Jordan, were phenomenal! They packed all of our fragile household goods with plenty of padding and bubble wrap and were careful when moving boxes and furniture. They were exceptionally kind, professional, respectful and personable. The kind of people you want to hang out with as well as have move you!
