This was the worst move I have had in the last 5 moves. Day 1 going not bad, they had to add an additional guy as 1 was injured, but I paid for all of them. They got the treadmill stuck in the door, scratched it and I had to hire someone to repair a wire that was broken. Due to the lateness of the day it was decided to come back and get the rest of the things the next day. Day 2 I couldn't be there but had a friend go by the next day and look as I knew I was missing things.

Completely unprofessional sham of a company. Absolutely reckless, paid no attention, rushed the job and caused multiple areas of damage to our brand new build. Owner not only didn't care about his employee's careless behavior but even went as far as to accuse me of being a scammer among other things. Ironically, then tried to charge me over double what was quoted.
Sorry your move went horrible. We left without payment and hopefully that can cover the damage to the paint
It was only one bedroom apartment and I already made two loads with my car so there wasn’t much left. The driver of the truck was completely untrained with a trailer. I have a very wide driveway right on a T intersection with no traffic and it’s still took him 15 minutes to back in, which was quite painful to watch. Especially considering I actually know how to drive with a truck and trailer and it was just extremely obvious that this guy was not experienced at all.
The team moved my belongings in the house. One of the movers broke glass figurines falling down the stairs. They put my china cabinet upside down and when they put it the proper way all the glass broke in the shelves. Lay but not least they started my kitchen on fire and now after living here 1 month I have to move again for 30-45 days while the kitchen & Smoke damaged repairs get redone.

Booked them to move my 4 bedroom from Calgary to Red deer quotes me $1700 when the showed up in Calgary crew thought it was a 2 bedroom brought a 36 ft trailer couldn’t get it all on had to do 2 loads which cost me $3200 so much more than if I would of used a company from Calgary with one load. Very disappointed. When I call the office all he could say was well we gave you a $200 discount whooohooo. Wouldn’t use them again.

Shady moving company. Charging top dollar and don't have proper equipment to get the job done. Bunch of young kids working and don't know how to properly load the trailer. They don't even have floor runners to protect your carpet. The one …
When did we do you move? We don't see your booking. We do wrap everything in blankets and the guys have a a large stack of shrink wrap We shrink wrap plus add blankets. We would love to find the date of your move and fix this issue. All our workers are in there 30s as well.

Randy & Patrick were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The move itself involved about 4 hours of travel between cities, and despite the long travel day, they stayed efficient, quick, professional, and incredibly helpful the entire time. I was honestly so impressed with how hard they worked while still being so kind and accommodating throughout the whole process.

Randy, Patrick and Logan did such an amazing job moving me today!! You can tell how hard these guys work, their efficiency was unmatched. Especially not a super easy move as well, a few flights of stairs being involved is never fun. All of the gentleman were extremely polite, respectful and beyond pleasant.
