Showed up late!!! Brought a truck that was way too small!!! So they left half of a truckload behind in my garage. Which I, and my family, had to move into a storage unit until 3am!! Safe Ship Inc claimed no responsibility and put it off in them and they lied and said they packed us up and hung up on me. Safe Ship did the same. As I’ve been unpacking my stuff all my dinner plates and many glasses were broken.

Very unprofessional. I called for an inquiry and they hung up the call me simply because I ask if they were available today. I called back to know why they did and the associate confirmed he did. They could have simply tell me other open dates. I can never recommend to anyone.
Not happy!!! I had this moved scheduled for 5/2 was scheduled to arrive between 9:00 -9:15 am poor communication I had to call at 9:46 am to ask when was the driver coming received a call at 10:07 am to state they was 15 min out I called back at 10:47 am to ask where are the movers where again and received a call back at 10:52 am from the driver stating it was issue with the person he was riding with; however Victor told me it was the battery, now granted I did lose my key to storage unit and the driver stated…
I’m really sorry for your experience — I completely understand your frustration, especially with the delays and communication that morning. We did run into an unexpected truck issue with the battery, which required roadside assistance.
We hired this company and the assessment by the company representative was ~3 hrs. We put everything in boxes, de-assembled the beds, wardrobe, table,… abd moved most of them to the main floor, so they did not need to do those extra works. It went up to ~7 hrs because of their slowness, and they broke a large number of our furnitures, because they did not carry them with care, no wrap around wooden furnitures,… They also damaged the building.
Hello Ali, I understand your frustration but at the same time I believe that we did our job professionally and tried to accommodate all your needs and request. I also want to clarify that we do ask for a 3 hours min.
They refused to supply a refund of 100$. Awful customer service. I will not be working with them again. They could not pickup within the window I asked for, which forced me to cancel. And they, of course, keep the refund. I was required to submit a deposit. Only after submitting the deposit was I informed that they could not make the delivery window. Great. Really great. I had to use another mover. I recommend Bellhop. Enjoy your 100.
Thomas, upon booking we explained that the deposits are refundable up to 7 days prior to a scheduled move. You cancelled your move a night before the move date. This is our company policy and it was explained to you over the phone as well as the quote that you signed before putting the deposit.

The care and attention to detail to ensure all belongings arrived safe and sound was greatly appreciated. They also helped pack the cars for the move. A Friend of mine has recommended to use this company and frankly I cannot say enough about them. I have done all of mine previous moves by myself but over the years I have accumulated so much stuff that I thought that hiring movers might be the best solution for me. After calling them I was under very positive impression. The office manager was very responsive and informative.
